Abstract

1526534 Drain digging machines G MILES & SON Ltd 2 May 1977 [5 May 1976 9 Sept 1976] 18332/76 and 37319/76 Heading A1B A mole plough is mounted on the end of a beam 10 which in use is towed behind a tractor with skids 18, 40 on the beam in contact with the ground. Transport wheels 56 are carried on legs 44 of a transverse frame which is pivotally connected to the main beam 10 about an axis parallel to the length of the beam by means of a hinge 50, and about a horizontal axis perpendicular to the length of the beam by means of a hinge 46. The position of the frame about the axis of the hinge 46 is adjustably controlled by a hydraulic ram 62, 68.
