Abstract

1,150,956. Reversible ploughs. VIKTOR LEMKEN [trading as PFLUGFABRIK LEMKEN K.G.]. 21 June, 1967 [6 July, 1966], No. 28587/67. Addition to 1,098,859. Heading A1B. A semi-mounted reversible plough similar to that disclosed in Specification 1,098,859 comprises a pin 27 engageable in holes for preventing relative movement between the arm 4 and drawbar 1, when the plough is being transported. A bevel gear wheel 5 on the arm meshes with a gear wheel 10 of a rotatable implement supporting tube 8. A bevel gear wheel 20 at the rear of the tube 8 meshes with a further bevel gear wheel 21. An adjustable and detachable guide rod 26 is connected between the gear wheel 21 and a frame 23 carrying a rear wheel 24. Relative movement of the arm and shaft 7 causes steering of the rear wheel.
