Abstract

A wall or ceiling ventilator comprises a rectangular frame 12 having a plate 13 with one or more duct connections 14, and a diffuser casing 6 having an air inlet or inlets 8, the ventilator being assembled by movement of the inlet(s) 8 on to the connection(s) 14 and by engagement of yokes 19 on the frame by hooks 18 on the casing. The or each connection 14 includes an external sealing ring 17. The casing 6 has a sound absorbing lining 9 and a screw adjustable unit 6c, which permits control of air flow from the ventilator.
