961,709. Ventilators. THERMOTANK Inc. July 12, 1960 [July 14, 1959], No. 24329/60. Heading F4V. An air diffuser comprises a rectangular frame for fixing to a ceiling and having end plates 51 about which, as at H, a partcylindrical member having side walls F and end plates G is adapted to pivot. Sealing strips D are provided between the part-cylindrical member and the frame and flaps J pivoted about screws 56 control an opening through the cylinder. All the parts of the apparatus are formed from extruded aluminium, beads such as 34, 35, 36 being formed to accommodate screws for holding the parts together.
