Abstract

1,142,732. Ventilating. BROOKS VENTILATION UNITS Ltd. 14 March, 1967, No. 11970/67. Heading F4V. [Also in Division F1] In a ventilating unit, Fig. 4, an impeller (see Division F1) as shown in Fig. 1, but mounted in an inverted position draws air down a vertical shaft 12 of square cross-section and containing a filter 13 and a heater 14, and discharges it through ducts 15 to a building. An air extraction unit, Fig. 1, is mounted on a sill 11 at an opening in the wall or roof of a building by a square base 10 moulded from glass fibre.
