A separate driving arrangement is provided for each track of an endless track vehicle, each drive including an electric motor 2 having a brake 7, a first reduction gear unit 3 having a housing connected to the track frame 5 and having an output shaft 8 and, mounted on the casing of the first reduction gear unit, an end reduction gear 4 having an input shaft 9 connected to the output shaft of the reduction gear unit 3. The current for the electric motor can be collected from an external source or generated on the vehicle.
