Abstract

1,182,254. Bakers ovens. HEDIN Ltd. 20 April, 1967 [22 April, 1966], No. 17808/66. Heading A2A. A forced convection oven is provided with a duct 5 having a burner and combustion air inlet at one end, an impeller fan 4, and a return duct 6 on two sides of the chamber. An adjustable vent 15 exhausts part of the products of combustion. The circulation is such that the walls of the duct are nowhere more than 100‹C. above the temperature of the working chamber. The duct (Fig. 2) is provided with four grilles to admit recirculating gases.
