Abstract
Heating oven of the type described in the principal patent has a muffle, an access door, a fan driven by an external motor, a separating wall delimiting an intermediate space and a heating enclosure. The sepg. wall has curved portions at its opposite ends and these act as deflectors; each is connected to a wall element having a number of orifices through which all the hot gases coming from the intermediate space can enter the enclosure. No direct passage is provided for the hot gases. The goods to be heated are supported on shelves opt. connected to the walls of the enclosure; or they may be placed on trolleys that can be introduced or withdrawn through the access door. The means proposed by the addition also allow the air passed into the enclosure to be fractionated and to regulate its pressure without any need to modify the normal operation of the fan. Prods. are cooked or heated in a more regular manner; this regulation can be effected by low cost means as a function of the specific nature of the prods. to be treated.
