Abstract

1,168,202. Feeding sheets. PENTACON DRESDEN KAMERA - UND KINOWERKE VEB. 8 Feb., 1968, No. 6246/68. Heading B8R. Sheets 27 are fed from the top of a stack on a table 5 pivoted at 4, the front of the table being urged upwards by an eccentric disc 9 through a leaf spring 8 so as to bring the top sheet against a feed roller 3 which feeds it over a vertically adjustable table to a transport roller 16. The roller 16 has grooves into which fit spring-urged rollers 21, the presence of a sheet forcing the rollers 21 outwards until an arm 24 is in the path of a stop 25 on a gearwheel 3 driven through a friction coupling and driving the disc 9, so that the front of the table 5, which is lowered to bring the stack below the top of a guide 7, cannot be raised to feed a further sheet until the rollers 21 again enter the grooves.
