Abstract

115,816. Genety, L. M. F. Jan. 4, 1917, [Convention date]. Spray carburettors.-The carburettor has two independent spraying chambers the smaller of which is always in action, the larger being brought into action when the suction reaches a predetermined value. The smaller chamber A and the larger chamber B are provided with fuel nozzles C<1>, C fed from the float chamber H. The chamber A is permanently open to the suction passage D, and the air flow therethrough rapidly attains a maximum, whereas the chamber B and passage D are separated by an automatic valve E loaded by an adjustable spring F.
