Abstract

115,137. Shiner, A. E. June 28, 1917. Addition to 114,322. Movable-abutment type.-Two or more of the pumps claimed in claim 1 of the parent Specification are coupled together, one of the pumps being used to pump oil for lubricating purposes and the others for pumping air or liquid. The casings C, D are bolted together as shown in Fig. 1, and the shafts G are coupled by a tongue a engaging a slot b. The oil pump has a duct c in its pendulum bob J conveying oil to the eccentric H and by way of ducts d, e, f &c. in the shafts G to the eccentric of the other pump. Oil is conducted also from the outlet chamber B to grooves j, h in the sides of the pendulum stem and bob.
