Abstract

1,127,519. Carrying straps. S. R. SOTTILE. 22 May, 1967 [15 July, 1966], No. 23711/67. Heading A3V. A strap 12 for supporting a guitar 11 comprises a flexible substantially non- elastic strap having a first fastening means at one end for connection to one point on the guitar, and a second fastening means 28 at the opposite end 26 of the strap for connection to a second point on the guitar, elastic by-pass means 30 associated with the end 26 of the strap and having a fastening means 34 for connection to the second point on the guitar, the by-pass means being operative when the second fastening means is unfastened from the second point to elastically maintain the strap connected to the guitar between the first and second points thereon.
