1,072,232. Measuring temperature electrically. DEPENDABLE RELAY CO. Ltd. Nov.21, 1963 [Jan.24, 1963], No.2663/67. Divided out of 1, 072,231. Heading G1N. The claims are directed to a probe assembly as disclosed in the parent Specification wherein a thermistor and two variable resistors are connected in series and a plug-type connecting means is provided to connect the thermistor and one resistor in two arms of a bridge circuit, the rest of which is carried in a separate measuring instrument into which the probe plugs, and to connect the second variable resistor in the D.C. excitation circuit for the bridge.
