1,011,148. Dynamo - electric machines. PHILIPS ELECTRONIC & ASSOCIATED INDUSTRIES Ltd. July 9, 1964 [July 11, 1963], No. 28356/64. Heading H2A. In a series commutator motor which may be adapted to run on a different supply voltage by cutting out part 5, 7 of the field winding by means of a switch 10, radio interference is suppressed by means of earthing condensers 3, 4 at each input terminal. More condensers 11, 12 are connected to the ends of the permanently connected parts 6, 8 of the field winding, and further condensers 13, 14 and 17 are connected at the brushes 15, 16. The brushes may be screened by metal platee 18, 19. The coil parts are concentric.
