100,026. Jong, M. de. Jan. 22, 1915, [Convention date]. Tubes, collapsible.-A tube for pharmaceutical preparations &c. is made preferably of rubber, though metal may be used. The body a is formed with a beaded edge b which is clamped between the ring c and the neck d carrying the nozzle e with the usual cap f. When the tube is made of metal the upper edge of the ring c may be made sharp to bite into the lead &c., or a packing washer may be fitted above or below the beaded edge b to ensure a tight joint.
