Abstract

L’invention concerne un dispositif (10) d’aide au déplacement d’une charge (12) sur une surface (14), le dispositif (10) comprenant : - une gyropode monocycle (16) équipée d’une roue motorisée (18) destinée à rouler sur la surface (14), d’un châssis (22) et d’au moins un capteur gyroscopique (24) permettant de mesurer une inclinaison du châssis (22), le capteur gyroscopique (24) pilotant la motorisation de la roue (18), - deux appuis latéraux (28, 30) relié au châssis (22) et pouvant se déplacer sur la surface (14), - un mécanisme de freinage de chacun des deux appuis latéraux (28, 30), configuré pour freiner le déplacement de l’appui latéral (28, 30) considéré sur la surface (14) en fonction d’une force de réaction exercée par la surface (14) sur l’appui latéral (28, 30) considéré.
