Abstract

Une presse (PE) est chargée d’emboutir une plaque métallique (PM) et comprend : - un bâti inférieur (BI) comportant un poinçon inférieur (PI) et une matrice inférieure (MI) translatable verticalement et comportant une pièce de plaquage (PP) translatable verticalement et munie d’un boisseau de blocage (BB) translatable horizontalement entre des positions reculée et avancée, - un bâti supérieur (BS) mobile verticalement et comportant un poinçon supérieur (PS), contre lequel est plaquée la plaque métallique (PM) par la pièce de plaquage (PP), et une matrice supérieure (MS), translatable verticalement et ayant une distance verticale par rapport à la pièce de plaquage (PS) fonction de la position du boisseau de blocage (BB), et - une pièce de verrouillage (PV) mécanique prenant des première et seconde positions dans lesquelles elle place le boisseau de blocage (BB) respectivement dans ses positions reculée et avancée.
