Abstract

L’invention a pour objet un procédé d’assistance d’un conducteur d’un véhicule comportant un système d’assistance à la conduite, comprenant au moins un mode de conduite automatisé, et un système de guidage paramétré pour guider le conducteur le long d’un trajet jusqu’à une destination, caractérisé en ce qu’il comporte des étapes de : - détection (21) d’une demande de communication par un interlocuteur distant, - détermination (22), à partir d’un contexte de conduite, d’une disponibilité du mode de conduite automatisé sur au moins une portion du trajet, Si aucun mode de conduite automatisé n’est disponible alors - estimation (23) d’une première durée de parcours du trajet, par le véhicule, jusqu’à la destination, - émission (24), à destination de l’interlocuteur distant, d’un signal indiquant une indisponibilité du conducteur et de la première durée indiquant une durée d’indisponibilité dudit conducteur.
