Abstract
Tampon de polissage mécano-chimique et procédé de polissage La présente invention concerne un tampon de polissage mécano-chimique présentant une couche de polissage qui possède un potentiel zêta positif consistant sur la surface entière. Il est également décrit un procédé de polissage mécano-chimique utilisant le tampon de polissage en association avec une suspension positivement chargée.
