Abstract

Un procédé destiné à la fabrication d'une pièce moulée en matière plastique comprend les étapes suivantes : a) la préparation d'un moule de moulage par injection, lequel comprend tout au moins un premier outil de moulage et un deuxième outil de moulage qui, ensemble, définissent une cavité pour la pièce moulée, dans lequel le deuxième outil de moulage présente un renfoncement, dans lequel un piston est disposé, dans lequel le piston peut être déplacé entre une première position et une deuxième position, dans lequel le piston et le renfoncement définissent une cavité partielle, quand le piston se trouve dans la deuxième position, en vue de la formation d'un bossage à vis, et dans lequel le piston obture, dans la première position, la cavité partielle en vue de la formation d'un bossage à vis ; b) le déplacement du piston dans la première position ; c) le remplissage de la cavité par une matière plastique ; et d) après que la cavité a été remplie, le déplacement du piston dans la deuxième position, de telle sorte que la matière plastique sous pression dans la cavité peut s'écouler dans la cavité partielle, en vue de former le bossage à vis.
