1)Copolymère hydrocarboné comprenant 2 groupements terminaux précédés par une fonction ester et choisis parmi un 2-oxo-1,3-dioxolan-4-yl (ou cyclocarbonate), un dithiocyclocarbonate, un exo-vinylène cyclocarbonate, un 2-oxo-1,3-dioxolen-4-yl, dont la chaîne principale comprend les motifs (I) et (II) où R0 est notamment le radical méthyle ; et dont la masse moléculaire moyenne en nombre Mn est comprise entre 400 et 100 000 g/mol. 2) Procédé de préparation dudit copolymère comprenant : (i) une étape de chauffage d'un bipolymère A statistique choisi parmi un poly(butadiène-isoprène), un poly(butadiène-myrcène) et un poly(butadiène-farnésène ) ; puis (ii) une étape de chauffage du produit formé, en présence d'un agent de transfert de chaîne 3) Utilisation comme adhésif, en mélange avec un composé aminé comprenant au moins deux groupements amines.
