Abstract

PROCÉDÉ D'ANALYSE DE TENDANCE ET D'AJUSTEMENT AUTOMATIQUE DE PARAMÈTRES D'ALARME L’invention concerne un procédé d’analyse de tendance et d’ajustement automatique de paramètres d’alarme pour une machine. Le procédé comprend les étapes consistant à obtenir des mesures relatives à des états de la machine, vérifier une valeur d’Indicateur d’État (IE) par rapport à un seuil établi, calculer le nombre de fois que la valeur a été supérieure au seuil au cours des N dernières mesures, présenter le nombre de fois que la valeur a été supérieure au seuil au cours des N dernières mesures dans un graphique, déclencher l’alarme si la valeur a été supérieure au seuil un nombre de fois supérieur au niveau d’alarme au cours des N dernières mesures, comparer des données de mesure historiques lors de chaque déclenchement d’alarme avec les défauts enregistrés, identifier une relation entre les déclenchements d’alarmes et les défauts détectés, compter le nombre de vrais positifs, de faux négatifs et de faux positifs à partir des données de mesure actuelles, comparer le nombre de vrais positifs, de faux négatifs et de faux positifs comptés avec les limites définies admissibles.
