Abstract
Description
図2を用いて、実施例1にかかる成形システム100の動作について説明する。
まず、成形品情報取得手段110は、成形サイクル毎及びキャビティ毎の成形品情報、例えば成形品の物理量を、複数成形サイクルにわたって取得及び記憶する。図2は、成形品情報取得手段110が、成形品の寸法を、複数の成形サイクルにわたって取得した場合の、キャビティ毎の寸法の推移(変化パターン)を示したグラフである。
図3を用いて、実施例2にかかる成形システム100の動作について説明する。
まず、実施例1と同様に、成形品情報取得手段110が、成形サイクル毎及びキャビティ毎の成形品情報を、複数成形サイクルにわたって取得及び記憶する。図3は、成形品情報取得手段110が、成形品の寸法を、複数の成形サイクルにわたって取得した場合の、キャビティ毎の寸法の推移(変化パターン)を示したグラフである。
図4を用いて、実施例3にかかる成形システム100の動作について説明する。
まず、実施例2と同様に、成形品情報取得手段110が、成形サイクル毎及びキャビティ毎の成形品情報を、複数成形サイクルにわたって取得及び記憶する。そしてキャビティ異常検出手段120が、成形サイクル毎に、各キャビティの成形品が良品か不良品かを判定する。

Claims (5)
- 射出成形機に搭載された複数のキャビティを有する金型によって成形される成形品を検査することで、前記キャビティの異常を検出する成形システムであって、
前記成形品の状態を示す成形品情報を、複数の成形サイクルにわたって、前記キャビティ毎に取得する成形品情報取得手段と、
前記成形品情報の傾向を前記キャビティ間で相互に比較することにより、異常のある前記キャビティを検出するキャビティ異常検出手段と、を有することを特徴とする
成形システム。 - 前記成形品情報は、前記成形品の画像データ又は物理量であることを特徴とする
請求項1記載の成形システム。 - 前記成形品情報取得手段は、前記成形サイクル毎かつ前記キャビティ毎に前記成形品情報を取得し、
前記キャビティ異常検出手段は、前記成形品情報の変化パターンの前記キャビティ間の相関に基づいて、異常のある前記キャビティを検出することを特徴とする
請求項1記載の成形システム。 - 前記成形品情報取得手段は、前記成形サイクル毎かつ前記キャビティ毎に前記成形品情報を取得し、
前記キャビティ異常検出手段は、前記成形品情報に基づいて前記成形品の良否を判定し、前記良否判定結果の変化パターンの前記キャビティ間の相関に基づいて、異常のある前記キャビティを検出することを特徴とする
請求項1記載の成形システム。 - 前記キャビティ異常検出手段は、前記成形品情報に基づいて前記成形品の良否を判定し、前記良否判定結果に基づいて、前記キャビティ毎の良品数又は不良品数の積算値を算出し、前記積算値の前記キャビティ間の差に基づいて、異常のある前記キャビティを検出することを特徴とする
請求項1記載の成形システム。
