Abstract
PROCÉDÉ D'ANALYSE DE TENDANCE ET D'AJUSTEMENT AUTOMATIQUE DE PARAMÈTRES D'ALARME L’invention concerne un procédé d’ajustement automatique de paramètres d’alarme pour une machine. Le procédé comprend les étapes consistant à obtenir les données de mesure historiques de la machine qui sont normalement enregistrées régulièrement, comparer d’une part les données de mesure historiques lors de chaque déclenchement d’alarme et d’autre part des données de mesure de machine actuelles lors de chaque déclenchement d’alarme avec les défauts enregistrés, identifier une relation entre les déclenchements d’alarmes et les défauts détectés, où une relation est identifiée si une alarme a été enregistrée un temps établi avant la détection du défaut, établir des limites définies admissibles pour toutes lesdites relations sur la base de données de mesure historiques admissibles, compter lesdites relations à partir des données de mesure actuelles, comparer le nombre des dites relations comptées avec les limites définies admissibles. Si le nombre comparé des relations se situe au sein des limites définies admissibles, alors l’ajustement est terminé. Sinon l’ajustement n’est pas terminé, et l’ajustement est réalisé automatiquement jusqu’à ce que les limites définies admissibles soient atteintes. Fig. 1
