Abstract
On met à disposition un procédé de production d'un acide L-aminé tel que l'acide L-glutamique. Un acide L-aminé est produit par la mise en culture d'une bactérie possédant une capacité de production d'acide Laminé , qui a été modifiée de sorte que l'activité d'un transporteur d'acide dicarboxylique C4 tel que DctA, DcuA, et DcuB soit augmentée, dans un milieu, et la collecte de l'acide L-aminé à partir du milieu ou des cellules de la bactérie.
