Abstract
Le procédé comporte une étape pour la culture des microorganismes et une étape de fermentation. L'appareil comporte deux compartiments (5,6), un pour chaque étape du procédé, et les deux sont séparés par un barrage filtrant (8), qui permet la circulation du milieu à fermenter.
