Description
The present invention relates to an insulated wall beam with integrated formwork. This invention also relates to an insulating wall with integrated formwork comprising a plurality of these beams and a method of manufacturing such an insulating wall. This invention relates to the field of building and, more particularly, that of the manufacture, at the factory, of insulating walls with integrated formwork. Document FR-2,424,378 discloses an integrated form wall comprising a wall made of concrete and an insulating wall, made of an insulating material, and extending parallel to the concrete wall, this at a distance determined of this concrete wall so as to define a spacing for receiving a filling material.
Such integrated form wall also comprises a plurality of beams each comprising, on the one hand, a base constituted by a metal wire, and intended to receive the insulating wall and, on the other hand, feet, s extending from the base, and having free ends, extending in a plane, and intended to be embedded in the concrete of the concrete wall. In fact, such a foot comprises, on the one hand, a first wire constituting the free end of such a foot, extending parallel to the wire of the base and, on the other hand, a second wire , shaped in zigzag, interposed between the wire of the base and the first wire of such a foot, and connecting these two metal son. A disadvantage of these beams is that, during their handling, storage, and / or transport, these beams tend to undergo deformation. Also, when the insulating wall is fixed on such a deformed beam, the deformation of this beam also causes a deformation of the insulating wall whose surface, oriented towards the outside of the insulating wall, then has a defect of flatness.
For the production of the integrated form wall comprising such beams, wooden battens are used which are arranged at regular intervals on such a beam and attached to such a beam. Between the rows of battens are pressed plates of insulating material to form the insulating wall. Nails are then nailed to the battens and, finally, fixed gypsum boards or a grid on which plaster is poured are fixed on these flights. This manufacturing process then involves many steps and requires the use of many different materials which, on the one hand, makes this process long and tedious and, on the other hand, increases the cost of the insulating wall obtained by the implementation of this method. In addition, the outer surface of the insulating wall comprises plaster (including cardboard) which requires to direct this insulating wall towards the interior of the building. There are also known insulating walls with integrated formwork comprising a concrete wall, an insulating wall spaced from this concrete wall, and a plurality of beams as described above.
In fact, in such an insulating wall, the wire of the base of a beam is embedded in the concrete wall while at least the first wire of each foot of this beam is embedded in a poured concrete insert in a groove in the insulating wall of such an insulating wall.
The method of manufacturing such an insulating wall then requires a step during which grooves are machined in the insulating wall. In addition to the fact that such machining is an additional step in the manufacturing process of such an insulating wall, this method also requires pouring concrete into the grooves of the insulating plate but also to ensure the hardening of this material. concrete before reversing this insulating plate to incorporate the beams into a concrete that will constitute the concrete wall. Also, this method requires to ensure the hardening of the concrete that comprises, on the one hand, the insulating wall and, on the other hand, the concrete wall, this successively which extends the manufacturing time of the insulating wall, in particular by doubling the curing time of the concrete with respect to an insulating wall comprising only a concrete wall. Finally, this process requires the use of two tables for the manufacture of the insulating wall and / or a specific device for the reversal of the insulating plate. The present invention is intended to overcome the disadvantages of the beams of the prior art. For this purpose, the invention relates to an insulated wall beam with integrated formwork, this beam comprising, on the one hand, a base intended to receive an insulating wall that comprises the insulating wall and which is made of an insulating material and, d on the other hand, feet extending from the base and having free ends extending in a plane and intended to be embedded in another wall of the insulating wall made of concrete. This beam is characterized in that the base comprises a rigid plate having a flat surface, intended to receive the insulating wall, and extending in a plane parallel to the plane in which the free ends of the feet extend and that the beam comprises means for maintaining these planes at a determined distance from one another. The invention also relates to an insulating wall with integrated formwork comprising, on the one hand, a wall made of concrete, on the other hand, an insulating wall, made of an insulating material, extending parallel to the concrete wall. and at a determined distance from this concrete wall so as to define a spacing for receiving a filler material, and, secondly, a plurality of beams, interposed between the walls, and connecting these walls together. This insulating wall is characterized in that the beams have the characteristics mentioned above. Finally, the invention relates to a method of manufacturing such an insulating wall with integrated formwork. This method is characterized by the fact that: - at least one beam having the characteristics mentioned above is positioned inside a mold; pouring concrete inside the mold, this for the realization of a concrete wall; after hardening of the concrete of the concrete wall, an adhesive is applied to the flat surface of the rigid plate of the base of at least one beam; an insulating wall is positioned over the adhesive of the beam and this insulating wall is fixed on this beam at least by means of this adhesive. Thus, the beam comprises a base comprising a rigid plate having a flat surface for receiving the insulating wall. This rigid plate is, advantageously, a dimensionally stable support for receiving the insulating wall which is fixed on this rigid plate, more particularly by gluing. By fixing this insulating wall on the flat surface of this rigid non-deformable plate, this insulating wall itself becomes dimensionally stable and has, itself, a flat surface, more particularly at its external face. Another feature is that the flat surface of the rigid plate extends in a plane parallel to the plane in which the free ends of the feet extend. This allows, advantageously, during the manufacture of the insulating wall and by positioning the feet in the bottom of a mold (or at a determined distance from this bottom), to position the flat surface of the rigid plate parallel to the bottom. of the mold. By casting the concrete into the mold to make the concrete wall and fixing the insulating wall on this rigid plate, this advantageously allows the parallelism between the external face of the concrete wall and the outer face of the concrete to be ensured. insulating wall. An additional feature is that the beam comprises means for maintaining the planes (in which extends the flat surface of the rigid plate of the beam and in which the free ends of the legs of the beam extend) to a determined distance from each other. The presence of these means to maintain advantageously allows to maintain the distance and parallelism between the outer faces of the concrete walls and insulating wall insulation. By choosing the appropriate length of the legs of the beam and / or by appropriately positioning these feet with respect to the base of the beam and / or positioning these feet at a determined distance from the bottom of the mold (thus adjusting the position of this beam height with respect to the bottom of the mold), and possibly by cutting the insulating wall to define the outer face of this insulating wall, the insulating wall is given a calibrated thickness.
Moreover, by manufacturing an insulating wall incorporating concrete only into its concrete wall, the duration of manufacture of the insulating wall is substantially shortened, this compared to a method of manufacturing a insulating wall of the state of the art of which the insulating wall has concrete inserts. Additionally and by making an insulating wall incorporating concrete only into its concrete wall, it is possible to use existing tools (more particularly designed to manufacture pre-slabs or other prefabricated elements) and thus to free from costly manufacturing equipment (particularly the one used to return walls with integrated formwork). Finally, the bonding of the insulating wall on a beam makes it possible, advantageously, to protect the external face of this insulating wall, to perform on this insulating wall (more particularly on the outer face of this insulating wall) all the necessary finishes so as to simple, and / or to equip this insulating wall with an underlayer, a stabilizer, cleats or other devices intended to receive an outer covering.
Other objects and advantages of the present invention will become apparent from the following description relating to embodiments which are given by way of indicative and non-limiting examples.

This insulating wall 1 also comprises a wall 3 which is at least partly made of an insulating material (more particularly polystyrene, polyurethane, wood fiber or the like) and which will be called insulating wall 3, this in the following description and for reasons of simplification. This insulating wall 3 is usually intended to be oriented towards the exterior of the building comprising this wall 1. This insulating wall 3 extends parallel to the concrete wall 2, this at a determined distance from this wall. concrete 2 so as to define a spacing 4 for receiving a filling material, in particular an insulating concrete or the like. Such integrated formwork wall 1 also comprises a plurality of beams 5, extending parallel to one another, interposed between the concrete wall 2 and the insulating wall 3 of this insulating wall 1, and connecting together. these walls (2; 3). In fact, such a beam 5 comprises, on the one hand, a base 6 intended to receive the insulating wall 3 and, on the other hand, feet 7, extending from the base 6, and having each , a free end 70. The free ends 70 of these feet 7 extend in a plane and are intended to be embedded in the concrete of the concrete wall 2. According to the invention, the base 6 of such a beam 5 comprises a rigid plate 60 having a flat surface 61, intended to receive the insulating wall 3 of the insulating wall 1, and extending in a plane parallel to the plane in which the free ends 70 of the legs 7 of this beam 5 extend. In addition, such a beam 5 comprises means for maintaining these planes at a determined distance from one another. According to a first type of embodiment illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 2, the rigid plate 60 of the base 6 is made of concrete, in particular reinforced, while the feet 7 each have an end 71, opposite its free end 70, and which, according to this first embodiment, is embedded in the concrete of the rigid plate 60 of the base 6. An additional feature is that the feet 7 have, near their end 71 embedded in the concrete plate rigid 60 of the base 6, means 72 for anchoring such a foot 7 in the concrete of the rigid plate 60 of the base 6. These means 72 for anchoring may adopt the shape of at least one asperity, from minus one protrusion, at least one fin, in particular lateral.
Yet another feature is that the end 71 of the feet 7, embedded in the concrete of the rigid plate 60 of the base 6, comprises means (not shown) for positioning such a foot 7 in the concrete of the plate rigid 60 and / or in a mold (more particularly in the bottom of the mold) for receiving the concrete for the realization of this rigid plate 60. Such means for positioning may take the form of a sole or the like. As can be seen in FIG. 1, the beam 5 according to the invention may also advantageously comprise a stiffener 12. Such a stiffener 12 extends longitudinally with respect to the base 6 of the beam 5 and comprises, on the one hand , a base 120 extending substantially parallel to this base 6, positioned recessed relative to the free end 70 of the feet 7 of this beam 5, constituted by a wire, and intended to be embedded in the concrete of the concrete wall 2 (like the free ends 70 of the legs 7 of the beam 5). On the other hand, such a stiffener 12 has legs 121, extending from the base 120 diverging, and each having free ends intended to be embedded in the concrete of the rigid plate 60 of the base 6 of the beam 5. In fact such a leg 121 comprises, on the one hand, a first wire, constituting the free end of such a leg 121, extending parallel to the wire of the base 120 and, d on the other hand, a second metallic wire, shaped in a zigzag manner, interposed between the wire of the base 120 and the first wire of such a leg 121, and connecting these two metal wires. According to a second type of embodiment, in particular illustrated in FIGS. 3 and 4, the base 6 comprises a part 62, having a U-shaped section, and comprising a flat wall 63 as well as two wings 64, extending from of this flat wall 63, and which are secured to the feet 7 of the beam 5, more particularly the end 71 of such a foot 7 opposite its free end 70. In fact, the wings 64 of the piece 62 in " U "are located in the extension of the plane wall 63, and extend, each 64, from a longitudinal end of this flat wall 63. As can be seen in the appended figures, the wings 64 of the 62 "U" part extend substantially perpendicular to the plane wall 63. It will be observed that this piece 62 "U" can be made of a metal material while the feet 7, also made of a material metallic, are made integral with the pi 62 this "U" (especially of the wings 64 of this piece 10 62 "U") by welding. However, this piece 62 "U" may also be made of a plastic material and / or composite while the feet 7 (made of a metal material, plastic and / or composite) are then made integral with the piece 62 in 15 "U" by gluing. According to a first embodiment illustrated in FIGS. 3 and 4, the plane wall 63 of the U-shaped piece 62 constitutes the rigid plate 60 that the base 6 comprises and has a face (oriented in a direction opposite to that in 20 extend the wings 64) which constitutes the flat surface 61 of the rigid plate 60 of the base 6 intended to receive the insulating wall 3. However, and according to a second embodiment not shown, the piece 62 in "U Constitutes a mold for receiving a filler material (more particularly concrete), which then comprises the base 6, and which has a flat surface constituting the flat surface 61 intended to receive the insulating wall 3. According to this second embodiment, the rigid plate 60, 30 that includes the base 6, then comprises at least the filling material, or even the piece 62 in "U" receiving the filling material. Another feature is that the beam 5, corresponding to this second embodiment, may further comprise a stiffener (not shown) again extending longitudinally with respect to the base 6 of the beam 5 and comprising, on the one hand, a base extending substantially parallel to this base 6, positioned recessed relative to the free end 70 of the feet 7 of this beam 5, constituted by a wire, and intended to be embedded in the concrete concrete wall 2 (like the free ends 70 of the feet 7 of the beam 5). On the other hand, such a stiffener comprises at least one leg, integral with the base, extending from this base, and having a free end secured to the base 6, more particularly to a wing 64 of the "U" piece 62 of this base 6. In fact, such a leg comprises at least one metal wire, shaped zigzag, and secured to the wire of the base. The free end of the leg (integral with the base 6) is constituted by a free end of such a wire zigzag and / or other wire, that includes such a leg, which is parallel to the wire of the base, and which is secured to the zigzag wire then interposed between the wire of the base and the other wire. An additional feature is that the 20 feet 7 of the beams 5, corresponding to the first and second embodiments described above, each comprise at least one wire 73, bar, rod or the like. Such a wire 73 (or the like) is of rigid type. To do this, such a wire 73 (or the like) may be made of a metallic material and / or have a section of at least 4 mm (preferably of the order of 5 mm). According to a first embodiment (in particular illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 4), such a foot 7 comprises a single wire 73 (or the like) extending from the base 6, this in a manner perpendicular to this base 6. a third embodiment, in particular illustrated in FIG. 5, the beam 5 comprises a part 8, which has a section in the shape of a "U", and which comprises, on the one hand, a flat wall 80 which constitutes the rigid plate 60 of the base 6 35 and, on the other hand, two wings 81, which extend from this flat wall 80, and which comprise at least the feet 7 of this beam 5. In fact, the wings 81 of this piece 8 in "U", lie in the extension of the flat wall 80, and extend, each 81, from a longitudinal end of this flat wall 80. In fact and as shown in Figure 5, these wings 81 extend from the flat wall 80 diverging. Such a wing 81 comprises, in fact, at least one tongue 810 (in particular defined by cutting) defining a foot 7 that comprises the beam 5. The beam 5 according to this third embodiment may also comprise at least one stiffener . Such a stiffener may advantageously be constituted by at least a part of a flange 81 of the U-shaped part 8, more particularly by another tongue 810 ', which comprises such a flange 81, which has a free end intended to be embedded in the concrete of the concrete wall 2, which may be set back from the free end 70 of the feet 7 of this beam 5. Another feature is that a wing 81 has a bottom 811, on the one hand, connected to the flat wall 80 and, on the other hand, from which extend the languages (810, 810 '). This bottom 811 and these tongues (810, 810 ') preferably extend in a plane corresponding to the plane of extension of the wing 81 which comprises them. Another feature is that such a flange 81 has through openings 812 to be traversed by an armature (more particularly in the form of bar, rod or the like) intended to extend into the concrete 30 of the wall. concrete 2, even in the wall filling material 1. As mentioned above, the base 6, or the beam 5 respectively, comprises a "U" -shaped piece (62, respectively 8) which can then be made folded sheet, plastic or composite material.
An additional feature of the invention is that the base 6 comprises means 9 for reinforcing the attachment of the insulating wall 3 to this base 6 and / or means 10 for receiving such a means 9 for reinforcing such a fixation. As regards the means 9 for strengthening the attachment, these may be constituted by an anchor, a clip, a redan means, a hook, a screw, a nail, or the like. Regarding the means 10 for receiving a means for reinforcing the attachment, these may be constituted by an orifice that comprises the base 6, in particular the flat wall (63; 80) of a "U" -shaped piece ( 62; 8). These means 10 for receiving can also be constituted by an insert (more particularly in the form of an anchor, a strip or the like) embedded in the concrete of the rigid plate 60 of the base 6. In such a case, a means for strengthening the attachment may be constituted by a screw, a nail, a staple or the like. Yet another characteristic of the invention consists in that the beam 5 comprises, close to the free end 70 of the feet 7, means 74 for anchoring such a foot 7 in the concrete of the concrete wall 2 of the wall In the case of a beam 5 comprising a "U" -shaped piece 8, the means 74 for anchoring may consist of at least one lateral fin 741 that includes the foot 7 constituted by a flange 81 of this piece. "U" 8. An additional feature is that the free end 70 of the legs 7 comprises at least one member (not shown), having a reduced section relative to the section of such a foot 7, and designed to reduce the surface through which this foot 7 rests on the bottom of the mold for receiving the concrete from the concrete wall 2. Such a member adopts the form of a stud, a stud or the like. Another feature is that the beam 5 has two lateral ends while the feet 7 are located so that the beam 5 comprises, between its middle and each of its lateral ends, at least one foot 7. In fact, this Beam 5 comprises, between its middle and each of its lateral ends, two feet 7 which, each, is implanted near a longitudinal end of the base 6 of the beam 5 and extends from this base 6. Preferably, these feet 7 are located near the lateral end of the beam 5, more particularly at the lateral end of this beam 5. As mentioned above, the base 6 comprises a rigid plate 60 having a flat surface 61, intended to receive the insulating wall 3, and extending in a plane parallel to the plane in which the free ends 70 of the legs 7 15 extend and that the beam 5 comprises means for maintaining these planes at a determined distance from each other. In fact, these means for maintaining the planes at a determined distance from one another are constituted by the feet 7, which the beam 5 comprises, and which are designed so as to be rigid. The present invention also relates to an insulating wall 1 with integrated formwork comprising, as mentioned above, on the one hand, a wall 2 made of concrete, on the other hand, an insulating wall 3, made of an insulating material. , extending parallel to the concrete wall 2 and at a determined distance from this concrete wall 2 so as to define a spacing 4 intended to receive a filling material, and, secondly, a plurality of beams. 5, interposed between the walls (2; 3), and connecting these walls (2; 3) together. In fact and according to the invention, these beams 5 have the characteristics described above. Another characteristic of this insulating wall 1 consists in that it comprises an insulating wall 3 comprising a single panel made of an insulating material, in particular polystyrene, and juxtaposed.
However, according to a preferred embodiment of the invention, this insulating wall 3 comprises a plurality of panels made of an insulating material (in particular polystyrene, polyurethane, wood fiber or the like) and juxtaposed. An additional feature consists of that the insulating wall 1 comprises an adhesive 11 interposed between the insulating wall 3 and the flat surface 61 of the rigid plate 60 of the base 6 of at least one beam 5.
This insulating wall 1 also comprises means 9 for reinforcing the fixing of the insulating wall 3 on the base 6 of at least one beam 5. In fact and as mentioned above, these means 9 for reinforcing the fixing can adopt the shape of a peg, a staple, a redan means, a hook, a screw, a nail or the like. As mentioned above, such means 9 to strengthen the attachment can equip the beam 5. However and according to another embodiment, such means 9 to strengthen can (additionally or alternatively) equip the insulating wall 3 and cooperate with such a beam 5, more particularly with means 10 for receiving such a means 9 for reinforcing such a fastening and that includes such a beam 5. Finally, the invention also relates to a method of manufacturing a insulating wall 1 with integrated formwork having the characteristics described above. This method consists in: positioning at least one beam 5 having the characteristics described above, this inside a mold; - Pouring concrete inside the mold, this for the realization of a concrete wall 2; after curing the concrete of the concrete wall 2, an adhesive 11 is applied to the flat surface 61 of the rigid plate 60 of the base 6 of at least one beam 5; an insulating wall 3 is positioned over the adhesive 11 of the beam 5 (hence, above said flat surface 61 of the rigid plate 60 of the base 6) and this insulating wall 3 is fixed to this beam 5 Another characteristic is that, before casting concrete inside the mold, at least one formwork is positioned (more particularly for the production of bays or the like) and / or less an insert and / or at least one armature (more particularly for arming the concrete wall 2), this inside this mold. An additional feature of this method is that, before and / or after positioning the beam 5 inside the mold, the position of this beam 5 is adjusted in height relative to the bottom of the mold. In fact, this height is adjusted by interposing at least one shim, this between the bottom of the mold and such a beam 5. Another feature is that, after positioning the insulating wall 3 over the adhesive 11 of the beam 5 or when positioning the insulating wall 3 over the adhesive 11 of the beam 5, reinforcing the fixing of this insulating wall 3 on the beam 5, this through means 9 to strengthen this fixation as described above.
A particular embodiment consists in that, after having positioned the insulating wall 3 over the adhesive 11 of the beam 5, the insulating wall 3 is equipped with such means 9 to reinforce the fastening, in particular by putting in place , inside and / or through such an insulating wall 3, an anchor, a staple, a redan means, a hook, a screw, a nail or the like constituting such a means. insulating wall 3 with such means 9, it is also ensured the cooperation of these means 9 with means 10 for receiving such means 9 and that includes the beam 5.
15This method consists, again, in that, after fixing the insulating wall 3 on the beam 5 (even after having reinforced this fixation), the external face (oriented towards the outside of the insulating wall 1) of the insulating wall is defined. 3, this by cutting the insulating wall 3 parallel to the concrete wall 2, more particularly parallel to the outer face (facing outwardly of the insulating wall 1) of the concrete wall 2. In fact, this insulating wall is cut out 3 using a hot wire. 15
