Abstract
L'invention concerne un appareil de soudage automatique pour un bouchon d'extrémité (12) d'un crayon de combustible nucléaire, qui est utilisé pour effectuer un soudage par résistance sur un tube de gainage (11) et le bouchon d'extrémité dans une chambre de soudage (110). La chambre de soudage est conçue pour effectuer un soudage par résistance sur le bouchon d'extrémité et le tube de gainage. Une unité de transfert de tube de gainage a un dispositif de serrage de tube de gainage serrant de manière fixe le tube de gainage et un premier servomoteur pour entraîner le dispositif de serrage de tube de gainage dans une direction horizontale et qui transfère horizontalement le tube de gainage à la chambre de soudage. Des électrodes de soudage de bouchon d'extrémité (130) saisissent le bouchon d'extrémité apporté par un dispositif d'alimentation en bouchon d'extrémité. Un dispositif d'entraînement de transfert de bouchon d'extrémité (140) entraîne les électrodes de soudage de bouchon d'extrémité en direction de la chambre de soudage dans une direction avant/arrière, et un module de commande de position commande l'entraînement du premier servomoteur et du dispositif d'entraînement de transfert de bouchon d'extrémité.
