Description

The present invention relates to an equipment for rigidly holding horizontal two concrete beams in order to key the end of these beams at the head of the pole during the casting thereof. This function is traditionally performed by two shoring towers installed on either side of the mold in which the post will be cast. Such use is illustrated in the appendix by FIGURE 1. There are represented symbolically: - The post (1) in its mold - The supporting towers of the beams (2) - The beams (3) - The holding equipment of the mold (4), tower or other The main disadvantages of this type of solutions are that on the one hand the vertical adjustment can not be precise; in fact, the vertical position can only be adjusted with the four foot cylinders of the towers and the four tower head cylinders. On the other hand, the implementation is particularly heavy; indeed, the towers must be perfectly positioned and mounted on both sides of the mold. Similarly, after casting the towers must be partially dismantled to be evacuated. To these drawbacks is added a constraint that increases the heaviness of the implementation: the towers and the mold holding system must be secured. The equipment according to the invention overcomes these disadvantages. Such an assembly is illustrated in FIG. 2. It comprises according to a first characteristic: two rigid horizontal plates provided with a cutout (5); a set of two telescopic stand supports integral with each post; for each support (7) A device for adjusting the height for each support (8) and (8B) This equipment is made mechanically welded from commercial tubes. It consists of two identical parts hinged to allow easy and quick release. The horizontal plates (5) and FIGURE 3 consist of a thick plate (9) reinforced from below with square section tubes (10) and gussets (11). The sheet has a half-circular or rectangular shape to fit the shape of the post. Under this tray are fixed two vertical square tubes serving as slides for height adjustment (12). These trays are sized to withstand loads of several tons.

The position of the slides in the barrels is locked by a pin (not shown) through two tubes. These two tubes are terminated at the bottom by a lyre-shaped piece (14). In the axis of the lyre (14) is welded a vertical tube (15) in which is fixed the leveling jack (16). The inertia of the assembly is obtained by a sheet in the lyre and two spacers (18) in the center of which are welded the pivots for the articulation (19). The hinge device (7) and FIGURE 5 consists of an inverted H-shaped tubular welded piece (20). The straight ends are pierced with a hole which, coincident with the holes of the hinge lugs (21) welded to the mold support structure, is traversed by a pivot axis (not shown). In the left ends slide two arms (22) each terminated by a small vertical tube (23) which are traversed at the same time as pivots (19) by a second pivot axis. The arms (22) slide freely in the H for positioning and for removal, they are stitched in the operating phase. The height adjustment device (8) and (8B) and FIGURE 6 is made in two parts, on the one hand for presetting the sets drums and slides that are pluggable on the other hand for the fine adjustment a cylinder is fixed in the low tube of the lyres. The proper functioning of the assembly requires that the pivot tabs (21) are welded to a fixed structure, preferably the mold support. A mold support has been described in the patent application No. 07 02 049 filed by the Applicant March 21, 2007 and the main elements listed below to illustrate the proper association of the present keyway with a mold support. This association is illustrated in FIGURE 6. There are shown: - The keyway (24) - The post mold (25) - The ends of the keyed beams (26) - The mold support (27) - Without the Holding Pliers FIGURE 7 represents the same association, but the trays are in the separated position. FIGURE 8 represents the same combination, but the trays are completely open thus allowing the evacuation of the assembly from the rear of the post, without further dismantling of the separated position. According to the particular embodiments: - The set can be completed by a verticality control device which can consist of either two bubble levels or a laser system. The implementation of the equipment is done in eleven phases: PHASE 1: pouring of the pole primer using a form of height defined by the user PHASE 2: setting up and adjustment of the mold support PHASE 3: Placing the cardboard post into the primer footprint to then vertically level the cardboard post PHASE 4: Checking stability and control of security systems PHASE 5: Establishment on both sides of the mold of the two half-capitals PHASE 6: height adjustment of the position of the trays PHASE 7: broaching of the articulation devices PHASE 8: pouring of the cardboard post PHASE 9: installation of the cleaving beams PHASE 10: keying of beams PHASE 11: opening and evacuation of equipment This element is intended to support two ends of concrete girders with a view to their keying at the head of a cardboard mold during the pouring of the concrete during the construction of a post, or at the head of a post already realized. This equipment consists of: o Two rigid horizontal plates provided with a cutout, which can match the shape of the mold or post (5) o Set of two telescopic stand supports integral with each plate (24) The plates and their support stand can withstand loads of several tons. Also the vertical position of the trays (5) is pre-adjustable thanks to a system of drums and slides (6) and pluggable (8) connected to the stand support and finely adjustable thanks to the jacks (8B) between the floor and the stand supports . In addition the two sets each consisting of a tray and a support leg have a hinge (7) allowing them to pivot relative to a fixed and stable equipment. In order to facilitate the handling of this assembly from a fixed and stable support, the opening of the two sets (5). 15 20 25
