Abstract

Auxiliary upright (7) for a scaffolding (3) comprising main uprights (4) and traffic crossbars (5), intended to support wall-type construction elements (2) comprising a fixing jaw (13) to a main upright (4) in the offset position and a fork (10) for supporting a panel-type element (2), the fork (10) being mounted adjustable in position relative to the jaw (13). The invention applies to construction scaffolding.

Description

Auxiliary scaffolding upright.

  In the building sector, the construction of a wall, for example of concrete, is carried out using a formwork made up of plates, called formwork. Concrete is poured and mounted between two forms placed opposite one another with a distance equal to the thickness

of the wall to be built.

  The forms have a reinforced rigidity using stiffeners and sometimes include a support piece fixed perpendicular to them, through which they can be placed on

  a bearing surface, on the ground for example.

  To build a wall, several successive forms are generally necessary, each form making it possible to raise the

wall with a height of the form.

  At each new elevation of the wall under construction, the formwork is mounted on the part of wall previously built by fixing the forms using a threaded rod passing through and the wall, and the associated ends of the forms. A spacer rod supporting a spacer also crosses, at their other ends, the forms to ensure the desired wall thickness. The concrete is then poured into the formwork, and after drying, the rods are removed and the forms are dismantled. Then we repeat the same operation above to further raise the wall, the hole left in the wall by the spacer rod, during the previous formwork, acting as a

  passage of the threaded rod for the next formwork.

  To build a high-rise wall over several floors, scaffolding is temporarily mounted on either side of the wall as it is built. Each scaffold comprises a frame comprising uprights for supporting the ground and supporting a plurality of floors of floors on which

  masons can circulate. In addition, the floors serve as a support for the forms which are placed there by means of

their supporting pieces.

  s As the forms are very heavy, their support piece is large, and therefore clogs the floor. The construction scaffolding must therefore be widened to allow circulation,

masons in particular.

  To raise the wall under construction, the formwork must be placed on the scaffolding at a height above the ground equal to the height of

the part of the wall already built.

  The wall is thus raised successively, from the height of the form to the height of the form, the height of the form being generally equal to

the height of a floor.

  Due to the structure of the construction scaffolding, the floors of the floors can only be assembled by height modules

  constant, in other words at predefined levels above the ground.

  However, the successive heights of the wall under construction are not necessarily equal to the predefined heights of the floors

  scaffolding, support supports for the formwork.

  To solve this problem, shims are generally placed on the scaffolding floors in order to lay the forms at the desired levels. In order to better understand this problem of differences in levels,

  the first steps in raising the wall will be described.

  The height of the form used is that of a building floor, ie 270 cm. The scaffolding floor levels can be mounted in modules 50 cm high, from the support surface of

framing.

  First step: We mount the initial formwork by placing the formwork on the ground, without scaffolding, then we pour the concrete between the formwork to a

height of 270 cm above the ground.

  Second step: The first stage of the scaffolding floor is mounted above the support surface and in 50 cm modules. The height of the first floor is 5 x 50 = 250 cm, and the level of this floor, using a scaffolding foot adjustment of 20 cm, reached

250 + 20 = 270cm.

  Third stage: The second stage of scaffolding is mounted, above the first stage, by modules of 50 cm, at 270 + 5 x 50 = 520 cm above the ground. A setting of 20 cm is then necessary to place the forms 540 cm above the ground, that is to say at the height of the part of the

  wall built after the fourth stage.

  Fourth step: We lay the formwork on the floor of the first scaffolding floor and pour the concrete over a height of sheet, in order to raise the wall

up to 540 cm above the ground.

  During the following stages, we find the timing problem, the

  wedge height being adjusted each time.

  The present invention first aims to solve the problem of space requirement for the installation of the formwork on the scaffolding and to

  remove the support piece from the formwork.

  To this end, the invention relates, for a scaffolding comprising main uprights and traffic crosspieces, intended to support construction elements of the branch type, an auxiliary scaffolding upright comprising means for fixing to a main upright in offset position and support means

of a form element.

  Thanks to this, the support for the formwork is offset relative to

  to the sleepers which, therefore, remain free for traffic.

  Advantageously, the support means are mounted adjustable in

  position relative to the fixing means.

  Thus, the adjustment of the sheet support means at variable levels above the ground makes it possible to eliminate the stalls.

  In a preferred embodiment of the auxiliary scaffolding upright, the support means are mounted movable in a

  sheath secured to the fixing means.

  In this case, the support means can be mounted on a threaded rod arranged to cooperate with a nut fixed in translation

on the scabbard.

  More preferably, the means for fixing the auxiliary upright

  include at least one attachment jaw.

  The support means may include a receiving fork

of the form of element form.

  The invention will be better understood using the following description

  of a particular embodiment of the auxiliary scaffolding upright with reference to the appended drawing in which: - Figure 1 shows a perspective view of a scaffolding provided here with two auxiliary uprights; - Figure 2 shows a partial side view of one of the auxiliary uprights of the scaffolding of Figure 1, and - Figure 3 shows a top view of the auxiliary upright of

Figure 2.

  To build a wall 1, in this case made of concrete, concrete is poured and molded between two forms arranged opposite one another with a distance equal to the thickness of the wall 1, the forms thus forming a formwork. In order to raise the wall 1 over several floors, several successive forms are necessary, each formwork raising the wall by a height of the formwork. To support the formwork high above the ground, two scaffolds are mounted respectively on either side of the wall under construction 1,

  as the wall is built 1.

  In the particular example of the description which follows, wall 1, and the

  two respective support scaffolds for the two formwork formwork are under construction. For simplicity, only one side of the wall 1, including one of the scaffolding 3 of

  support of one of the forms 2, will be described.

  The scaffolding 3, in this case a "universal" scaffolding, comprises main uprights 4 for supporting the ground and crosspieces

horizontal 5.

  The crosspieces 5, arranged in stages, form floors on which masons can circulate. Levels 5 are mounted on the

  during the construction of wall 1, at increasing heights

  above the ground. The structure of the universal scaffolding makes it necessary to mount the floors 5 by modules of constant height, in this case by modules of fifty centimeters. The floors of floors 5 can therefore only be positioned at certain

  predefined heights above the ground.

  The floors 5 are fixed to the main uprights 4 using a rosette system 6, such as that described in the document

  FR-75 31 319. The rosettes are mounted on each main upright 4, like collars, fifty centimeters from each other along the upright 4. Each rosette 6 has the shape of a metal ring providing a central opening passage of the main upright 4 and a plurality of orifices for passage of a fixing key, and surrounding the central opening. The floor 5 is fixed to the rosettes 6 by means of jaws each comprising a lower part and an upper part, both pierced with a key passage orifice, and between which

  extends a rosette receiving slot.

  To support the panel 2, two auxiliary uprights 7 are to be fixed respectively on two main uprights 4 adjacent to the wall 1 under construction. Each auxiliary upright 7 comprises a threaded rod 8. One of the end parts of the rod 8 is here screwed into a socket 9 secured to a fork 10 for supporting the formwork. The fork 10 comprising two side walls folded towards one another, opposite the socket 9, in the shape of a U, is intended to receive a spar 16, in the shape of a beam, acting as an intermediate support for the formwork as explained below. The other end of the threaded rod 8 is mounted movable in translation inside a sheath 11, and locked in rotation by known means to prevent rotation, such as a needle secured to the sheath 11 cooperating with a flat formed on the threaded rod 8. A nut 12 for receiving the rod 8 and for adjusting the position of the fork 10 relative to the sheath 11, is mounted fixed in translation and movable in rotation on the sheath 11, in the orifice for introducing the rod 8 into the sheath 10. The holes for passage of the rod 8 respectively in the nut 12 and in the sheath 11 partially overlap, the threaded rod 8 received in the sheath 11

cooperating with nut 12.

  The fixing of an auxiliary upright 7 on a main upright 4 is carried out using the rosette system, previously described. The sheath 11 of the auxiliary upright 7 is here secured to two jaws 13, 13 ′ for grasping the rosette. Each jaw 13 is secured to the sheath 11 by means of two identical offset parts, mutually parallel and secured at their ends opposite the sheath 11 on the one hand and to the jaw 13 on the other hand, the slot of reception of rosette from jaws 13, 13 '

  extending in a plane perpendicular to the threaded rod 8.

  The wall 1 being partly constructed, and the circulation floor 5 necessary to allow the masons to produce the following formwork being mounted, the two auxiliary uprights 7 are fixed at the desired level respectively on two main uprights 4 adjacent to the wall under construction 1, by means of the rosettes 6, the fixed auxiliary uprights 7 extending parallel to the main uprights

  4, between these and the wall under construction 1.

  For the fixing of each auxiliary upright 7 to the corresponding main upright, the two jaws 13, 13 ′ of the auxiliary upright 7 are fixed respectively on two rosettes, here adjacent, of the main upright 4 using two fixing keys 15. The auxiliary uprights 7 being mounted on the scaffolding, the forks are directed upward in order to support the panel 2 by

through the side member 16.

  The spar 16 is received and screwed at its two ends into the two respective forks of the two auxiliary uprights 7, the spar 16

thus extending along the wall 1.

  The panel 2 is then positioned on the beam 16 provided with pins

  positioning 17 holding the panel 2 in position.

  The position of the panel 2 is then adjusted relative to the sheath 11 secured to the scaffolding, in other words in height above the ground, by turning the nut 12, the rotation of the latter causing the

  vertical translation of the fork 10.

Claims (6)

  1.- Auxiliary upright (7) of scaffolding, for a scaffolding (3) comprising main uprights (4) and traffic crosspieces (5), intended to support construction elements of the section type (2), comprising fixing means (13, 14) to a main post (4) in the deported position and means for   support (8, 10) of a panel type element (2).   2.- auxiliary scaffolding upright according to claim 1, in which the support means (8, 10) are mounted adjustable in   position relative to the fixing means (13, 14).   3.- scaffolding auxiliary upright according to claim 2, wherein the support means (8, 10) are mounted movable in a   sheath (11) integral with the fixing means (13,14).   4.- scaffolding auxiliary upright according to claim 3, wherein the support means (8, 10) are mounted on a threaded rod (8) arranged to cooperate with a nut (12) fixed in translation on the sheath (11).   5.- auxiliary scaffolding upright according to one of claims   1 to 4, in which the means for fixing the auxiliary upright (7)   comprise at least one fixing jaw (13).   6.- Auxiliary scaffolding upright according to one of claims   1 to 5, in which the support means (8, 10) comprise a   fork (10) for receiving the section type element (2).
