Abstract
Description
Claims (14)
- REVENDICATIONS1. Un nucléus revêtu ou enrobé d'un film comprenant un ou plusieurs polyhydroxyalcanoates (PHA).
- 2. Le nucléus selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ledit PHA est un polymère de HB (PHB), un polymère de HV (PHV) ou copolymère HB-HV (PHB-V).
- 3. Un nucléus selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit PHA est de type PHB-V, dans lequel le ratio HB/HV est supérieur ou égal à 50/50 et inférieur à 70/30.
- 4. Un nucléus selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que ledit film comprenant un ou plusieurs PHA comprend en outre de l'acide zostérique.
- 5. Un nucléus selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que ledit film comprenant un ou plusieurs PHA comprend en outre une ou plusieurs molécules bioactives, choisies parmi les agents cicatrisants ou anti-inflammatoires et les agents bactéricides ou bactériostatiques, tels que par exemple les antibiotiques chimiques et les peptides antimicrobiens.
- 6. Un procédé d'obtention d'un nucléus selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, ledit procédé comprenant une première étape consistant en l'immersion du nucléus dans une solution comprenant un ou plusieurs PHA à une concentration de 0.1 à 10% en poids par rapport au volume de la solution, dans du trifluoroéthanol, ladite première étape étant éventuellement suivie d'une seconde étape consistant en l'immersion du nucléus dans une solution comprenant un ou plusieurs agents bactéricides ou bactériostatiques à une concentration de 1 à 10 CMl.
- 7. Un procédé d'obtention d'un nucléus selon la revendication 1 à 5, ledit procédé comprenant une seule étape consistant en l'immersion du nucléus dans une solution comprenant des PHA à une concentration de 0.05 à 10% en poids par rapport auvolume total de la solution et un ou plusieurs agents bactéricides ou bactériostatiques à une concentration de 1 à 10 CMI dans du trifluoroéthanol.
- 8. Un procédé d'obtention d'un nucléus selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, ledit procédé comprenant une seule étape consistant en l'utilisation d'un spray pour pulvériser une composition comprenant un ou plusieurs PHA et optionnellement de l'acide zostérique et/ou une ou plusieurs molécules bioactives, choisies parmi les agents cicatrisants ou anti-inflammatoires et les agents bactéricides ou bactériostatiques, tels que par exemple les antibiotiques chimiques et les peptides antimicrobiens sur le nucléus.
- 9. Une huître comprenant un nucléus selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5 ou obtenu par le procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 8.
- 10. Un procédé de greffe d'une huître perlière receveuse comprenant l'insertion dans la poche perlière de l'huître perlière receveuse d'un greffon, correspondant à de l'épithélium du manteau de l'huître donneuse, en combinaison avec un nucléus selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5 ou obtenu par le procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 8.
- 11. Un procédé de fabrication d'une perle de perliculture, comprenant le procédé selon la revendication 10.
- 12. Une perle obtenue par le procédé selon la revendication 11, ou comprenant le nucléus selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5 sous une ou plusieurs épaisseurs de nacre.
- 13. Un procédé d'amélioration de la qualité de la perle et/ou de réduction de l'échec de greffe d'une huître receveuse par un nucléus, ledit échec correspondant à une mortalité ou à un rejet du nucléus par l'huître perlière receveuse, et ledit procédé comprenant la greffe de l'huître receveuse par un nucléus selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5.
- 14. Utilisation du nucléus selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5 pour réduire l'échec de greffe et/ou améliorer la qualité de la perle obtenue.
