Abstract

L'invention concerne une unité de présynchronisation (22) d'une boîte de vitesses (12), comportant une cale de blocage (24) qui, à l'état de montage de l'unité de présynchronisation (22), est reçue dans un évidement (44) d'un corps de synchronisation (14) rotatif autour d'un axe de boîte de vitesses (A) et est adjacente à un baladeur (16) de la boîte de vitesses (12) relié solidaire au corps de synchronisation (14), la cale de blocage (24) présentant une denture de blocage (26) qui peut libérer ou bloquer un mouvement axial du baladeur (16) par rapport à la cale de blocage (24), et la cale de blocage (24) étant une pièce de tôle façonnée avec dents de blocage (32) estampées. Une surface extérieure (70) radiale de la cale de blocage (24) peut ici être en particulier étagée radialement, de telle sorte que dans une zone axialement médiane, la surface extérieure (70) s'étend radialement plus loin vers l'extérieur que dans la zone des dents de blocage (32).
