Abstract

L'invention se rapporte à un moyeu de synchronisation (10) pour une unité de synchronisation (12) d'une boîte de vitesses, comprenant deux disques dentés (14) annulaires et mobiles en rotation autour d'un axe de transmission (A), lesquels présentent chacun une denture intérieure radiale (16) et une denture extérieure radiale (18) et sont axialement adjacents l'un à l'autre, et un anneau d'engrenage (20) séparé qui présente un profil de dent (22) pour le couplage solidaire en rotation avec un manchon coulissant de l'unité de synchronisation (12) et qui renferme les deux disques dentés (14), le profil de dent (22) de l'anneau d'engrenage (20) s'engageant dans les dentures extérieures (18) des disques dentés (14) pour le couplage solidaire en rotation avec les disques dentés (14), et au moins un élément de couplage (26) étant prévu, lequel forme dans le sens axial (28) une liaison par coopération de formes avec les deux disques dentés (14) et qui fixe les deux disques dentés (14) axialement l'un sur l'autre et sur l'anneau d'engrenage (20).
