Pour remédier à des risques de blocage de rotor au sein d'une turbomachine, un joint d'étanchéité dynamique (36) comprend une partie annuaire fixe (40) pourvue d'une pièce d'usure (42), et une partie tournante (46) comportant un support annulaire (47) et au moins une léchette annulaire (60) présentant une extrémité libre (50) disposée en regard de la pièce d'usure (42), et comprenant une partie nominale (62), et une partie active (64) formée en saillie par rapport à la partie nominale (62), en regard de la pièce d'usure (42), et présentant une étendue circonférentielle (CW) limitée.
