DESCRIPTION DESCRIPTION
The present invention relates to the field of block-shaped building elements, in particular block-like blocks of the curb type, and relates to a composite building block of the insulating block type.
It is known that the conventional blocks used in construction for the realization in particular of external walls have a generally parallelepiped shape and are intended to be stacked on top of each other in successive rows. It is also currently known to use, for better acoustic and thermal insulation of walls, insulating blocks which are generally constituted by a structure consisting of an assembly of two constituent elements, one of which, located on the internal side of the construction, is a block of carrier material (concrete, wood-cement or other) and the other, located on the outer side of the construction, is a rigid insulating member, usually expanded polystyrene or the like. Such a concrete block constituting an insulating block generally comprises one or more assembly sites with an insulating element which consist of one or more male parts or tenons, intended to fit tightly in a complementary female part or mortise, formed in the corresponding insulating element, and the shape of said male / female parts, for example dovetail, is determined so that their mechanical connection can oppose their separation when subjected to a force of external traction. In addition, one or more cells, formed by the meeting of the concrete part with the corresponding insulating element, constitute, during the assembly of the blocks on each other for the construction of a wall, vertical compartments in said wall which are intended to be filled with concrete, this so as to self-lock said blocks on each other and to achieve a succession of concrete posts constituting, with the horizontal chaining, the frame of said wall. In the document FR 2 597 907 there is provided such an insulating block comprising a molded concrete support joined by mortise tenons formed inside an outer insulating panel while spaces or cells are determined by the meeting. said support with -2- said insulating block to allow pouring concrete and self locking said elements on each other. In order to increase the thermal insulation performance of this type of insulating block, and in particular to reduce by at least 10% the value of the coefficient Uc, it has been proposed to locate the female or mortise site in a projection or a protrusion of insulating material, this to limit heat transfer between the two constituent materials. However, the lateral pressure exerted by the pouring of concrete in the cells of the insulating blocks tests their mechanical resistance and generates, more particularly, deformations of the mortises of the assembling sites and the important tensile forces at these level. last. This has the consequence, for insulating blocks with improved insulation, open in opening the side walls of said mortises may retain the corresponding posts and cause, under the effect of traction forces, disengagement or detachment tenons mortises. This then results in a separation of the concrete parts from the insulating parts of the insulating blocks considered. The object of the present invention is to overcome these disadvantages by proposing an improved insulating block-type composite building block comprising assembly sites of its two constituent elements between them offering greater tensile strength during the pouring of the concrete, thus preventing any separation of said constituent elements.
The invention will be better understood, thanks to the following description, which refers to a preferred embodiment, given by way of non-limiting example, and explained with reference to the accompanying diagrammatic drawings, in which: FIG. 1 FIG. 2 is a longitudinal sectional view of a composite building block, according invention, in a preferred embodiment of the mechanical connection and further comprising anchoring means. FIGS. 1 and 2 show an insulating block-type composite building block comprising two constituent parts 1 and 2 assembled to one another by forming at least one cell 3 intended to be filled with concrete or with a loaded hydraulic binder similar, one of said constituent parts 1 and 2 being made of a carrier material and located on the inner side of the construction and the other 2 being made of a rigid insulating material and located on the outer side of the construction, each constituent part 1 and 2 having a wall portion 1 ', 2' defining a face of said building block, the connection between said two component parts 1 and 2 being formed by means of at least two mechanical links 3 'forming material bridges between the two wall portions, each mechanical connection comprising at least one profiled assembly interface comprising a female or mortise site 4, formed or practiced in said constitutive member 2 internally insulating and adapted to receive a male element or pin 5 of complementary shape of the constituent part 1 internal carrier, the female or mortise site 4 being located in a projection or a projection of insulating material of the constituent part 2 concerned. In addition, the locking means preferably consist of a pair of side wings 6 'opp additional risk of the pin 5 so that each attachment face of the latter comprises two lateral wings 6, 6 'able to pinch an inner lateral portion 7 of said mortise 4 corresponding. The pinching has the effect of limiting or preventing the deformation of the mortise 4 of an assembly site and more particularly the deformation of the side walls to retain the corresponding pin 5 in said mortise 4, under the effect of the lateral pressure exerted by the casting of the concrete, and thus to prevent disengagement or disengagement of said pin 5 of said mortise 4. In a preferred embodiment of the shape of the post 5 of the at least one assembly interface, it has a generally H-shaped shape oriented substantially parallel to the longitudinal axis X of said block and the mortise 4 of said at least one assembly interface has a complementary shape consisting of two returns 7 each adapted to be inserted tightly in one of the apertures of said H being pinched between the two wings 6, 6 'of the corresponding attachment face of the latter.
