Description
L'invention concerne plus particulièrement le domaine de la réalisation de parements de maçonnerie, notamment briquetés. comprising masonry elements such as bricks or the like, the facing element obtained by said method, a model and a membrane for carrying out said method and the use of a facing element obtained by said method for the realization of facings in the field of construction. The invention relates more particularly to the field of the realization of masonry facings, including briquetted.
A facing element comprising masonry elements such as bricks or the like is, in the context of the present invention, a prefabricated product, in particular based on bricks, or the like, and concrete and / or mortar, or the like, adapted surfaces that one wishes to parry. By assembling several prefabricated products according to the invention, each being in the form of a monoblock element, together on a surface to be covered to which they are secured, the invention advantageously allows to form a continuous facing. The term masonry element is conveniently employed, in the context of the present invention, to describe any type of base element, terracotta or other material, which can be incorporated in a masonry facing.
The present invention stems from several annoying dissatisfactions when making masonry facings bribed according to known methods. The bricks are then generally fixed using cement and / or mortar and / or glue or the like, on the support to be trimmed, in an arrangement that generally makes it necessary a joint between the bricks, in particular using said cement or the like . This execution is a manual work where each brick is arranged one after the other. On the one hand, the current achievements of thin bricks for masonry facings are not satisfactory. Indeed, the thin bricks used most often have straightness defects, defects even more flagrant on corner bricks, much in demand for the dressing of pillars and corners. On the other hand, when building masonry veneer from these bricks, it remains difficult to do a clean job. The straightness of the bricks may be involved, but also the working configurations, access to the laying areas of bricks or cement and / or mortar or the like, which can be difficult. It is clear in this context that arranging bricks regularly on a support difficult to access or even irregular or left, is not easy, leading to an approximate result from an aesthetic point of view. In addition, when making siding on large surfaces and / or surfaces with many angles such as right angles, the provision one by one of the bricks constituting the facing is long and tedious. The present invention aims to overcome these problems by providing a method for obtaining a facing element comprising masonry elements such as bricks or the like, adapted to the surface that is desired to parry. Thus, it is within the framework of an inventive step that a method of obtaining a facing element comprising masonry elements such as bricks or the like has been designed, characterized in that it comprises the following steps: the masonry elements, on the side of their visible face, are arranged on a model making it possible to determine the desired spatial configuration for said facing element, by means of guiding means for laying said masonry elements, said means guide serving as interface between the model and the masonry elements; the masonry elements, thus arranged, are immobilized with a holding agent such as cement and / or mortar or the like; the model and the guide means are removed to obtain a facing element comprising masonry elements such as bricks or the like. According to an additional embodiment of the invention, said masonry elements are produced, before the masonry elements are placed on the model, by cutting perforated bricks. According to another additional embodiment, prior to the arrangement of the masonry elements on the model, guide means are provided in the form of at least one membrane on the model. According to another characteristic of the invention, several membranes are fitted together in order to obtain a continuous pattern for the arrangement of masonry elements on the surface of contiguous membranes thus formed. The invention also relates to a facing element comprising masonry elements such as bricks or similar obtained by said method. The invention also relates to a model for the implementation of the method, characterized in that it comprises means for guiding the installation integral with its surface for contact with masonry elements. The invention also relates to a membrane for the implementation of the method, characterized in that it comprises at least one recessed housing adapted to receive a masonry element, and at least one ribbed spacing, emerging relative to the housing, allowing to achieve a withdrawal in the joint between several masonry elements once secured in a facing element after application of a holding agent.
According to another characteristic of the invention, said membrane further comprises junction elements, in particular in the form of at least one groove and a complementary tongue. Advantageously, said membrane is made of a flexible material.
The invention also relates to the use of a facing element comprising masonry elements such as bricks or the like obtained from said method, for making facings in the field of construction.
The advantages that flow from the present invention consist, essentially, in the simplification of the production of facings comprising masonry elements such as bricks or the like, while ensuring an excellent quality of execution, even in the case of the cladding complex surfaces, left or normally suspended. Other objects and advantages of the present invention will become apparent from the following description relating to several exemplary embodiments given by way of indication and not limitation.
The understanding of this description will be facilitated with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which: FIG. 1A illustrates a diagram for obtaining masonry elements, in the form of briquettes, for a facing element according to the invention, from FIG. a classic perforated brick, in which the masonry elements are seen from above; Figure 1B is a perspective representation of a type of briquette obtained according to the scheme of Figure lA; Figure 1C is a perspective representation of another type of briquette obtained according to the diagram of Figure lA; Figure 2 is a schematic representation, seen from above, of an embodiment of a guide means for laying masonry elements used in the method according to the invention; Figure 3 is a schematic representation, seen from above, of another embodiment of a guide means for laying masonry elements used in the method according to the invention; Figure 4 is a schematic representation, seen from above, of a pyramidal relief can advantageously be found at the hollow portions of the guide means illustrated in Figures 2 and 3; FIG. 5 illustrates a diagram for obtaining facing elements for a rectangular pillar according to the invention; - Figure 6 illustrates a scheme of implementation of facing elements according to the invention on a rectangular pillar; - Figure 7 is a schematic perspective representation of a rectangular pillar dressed continuously 10 facing elements according to the invention; - Figure 8 illustrates a sectional diagram for obtaining a facing element according to the invention in the form of vault; FIG. 9 is a schematic representation of a cladding element according to the invention in the form of a vault, seen in perspective from above; - Figure 10 is a schematic representation of a facing element according to the invention shaped vault, seen in perspective from below. As can be seen in the figures of the attached drawings, the present invention relates to the field of producing masonry facings, in particular briquetted, and relates, more particularly, to a process for obtaining a facing element 1 comprising masonry elements 2 such as bricks or the like. Such a method is furthermore implemented using a model 3 making it possible to determine the desired spatial configuration for said facing element 1 which one wishes to produce, and means 4 for guiding the laying of said masonry elements 2. said guide means 4 serving as interface 30 between the model 3 and the masonry elements 1. The model 3 is in fact a negative of the desired three-dimensional configuration for the facing element 1, and can thus take embodiments multiple, for example that of a flat surface for the production of a completely plane cladding element 1, a bend for the production of a corner cladding element 1, or a full hanger for the realization of a facing element 1 vaulted or curved. In order to produce a cladding element 1, masonry elements 2, on the side of their visible face, are first provided on a model 3 by means of guiding means 4 for laying said masonry elements, then immobilizes the masonry elements 2 thus arranged, between them with a holding agent such as cement and / or mortar or the like, finally, the model 3 is removed to obtain a facing element 1 comprising masonry elements 2 such as bricks or the like. The guiding means 4 make it possible to hold the masonry elements 2 on the model 3 and at a distance from one another, before pouring the holding agent around said masonry elements 2 in order to obtain a facing element 1. According to one embodiment, such guide means 4 may be part of the model 3. The masonry elements 2 used in the context of the present invention are preferably, but not exclusively, thin bricks, well suited for the realization of facings. However, it is difficult to make such thin bricks without straightness defects, which is particularly damaging in the case of corner bricks for the dressing of corners, for example pillars. Thus, according to one embodiment of the present invention, the masonry elements 2 used are previously made, as illustrated in FIG. 1A, by cutting conventional perforated bricks, making it possible to obtain thin bricks 2. The bricks The conventional perforations 5 are advantageously refractory bricks, for example according to a standard 22 × 11 × 6 cm, comprising 10 holes. Such bricks are generally fired at 1300 C and thus have excellent outdoor stability.
The cutting is performed with a diamond saw, so as to use as such the outer faces of the refractory brick 5 by cutting the brick 5 in the middle of the junction areas between the holes.
As illustrated in FIG. 1A, the cutting can thus be performed along parallel cutting lines to the different faces 51, 52, 53 and 54 of such perforated brick 5, and joining the holes aligned along these faces. As illustrated in FIG. 1B, the invisible face of the corner elements 21, 22, thus obtained, is then notched, which allows a good attachment and a large surface of contact with the holding agent such as cement or mortar used for their joining to a surface. According to a variant not illustrated, it will be possible to cut small narrow refractory bricks, 20x5, x5, having 5 holes, in two parts, to obtain thin straight bricks 23 as shown in Figure 1C. The guide means 4 thus make it possible to receive, in particular, masonry elements 2 in the form of small thin bricks. To do this, the guide means 4 are preferably in the form of at least one membrane, preferably flexible, having on at least one of its faces recessed housings 41 capable of receiving the masonry elements 2, and spacings. ribbed 42, outwardly relative to the housing 41, and allowing a withdrawal in the joint between the masonry elements 2 once secured in a facing element 1 after application of a holding agent. According to the embodiment shown in FIG. 2, such a membrane also comprises junction elements 43 in the form of a groove 431 into which a tongue 432 can engage to ensure the continuity of the pattern when several membranes are used. Such a membrane 4 may naturally be embellished with different decorations.
The masonry elements 2 are arranged face-up against the bottom 411 of the housings 41, which is advantageously provided with a truncated pyramidal relief, also shown in plan view in FIG. 4, at a pitch of about 4 mm. The holding agent such as concrete and / or mortar or the like being cast on the side of the invisible faces of the masonry elements 2 during the implementation of the method according to the invention, the pyramidal relief of the bottom 411 of the housing 411 allows removing the laitance of the concrete and / or mortar or the like without attaching or staining the visible faces of said masonry elements 2. After drying of the holding agent, the demolding of the facing element 1 of the membrane 4 is this is easy and, in the case of a plastic membrane 4, the latter can be used up to 30 times on average.
FIG. 5 illustrates a diagram for obtaining facing elements 1 for a rectangular pillar according to the invention, and more particularly for producing two facing elements 11 and 12 intended to cover each two faces of a rectangular pillar 6 illustrated in FIG. 6, and allowing, when arranged in facing relation, to completely parry the four faces of said pillar 6. Guiding means 4, in the form of a membrane 4, are associated with the inner face of a model 3 consisting of two surfaces oriented at right angles to each other, so as to form the negative of the two faces forming a pillar corner. The association of the guide means 4, in particular in the form of a membrane 4 as previously described, with the model 3 can be done by any means, for example and non-exhaustively by gravity, by holding with a frame or irons or by light bonding. The use of a membrane 4 according to an embodiment shown in Figure 3 is particularly relevant for this purpose of dressing a rectangular pillar. According to this embodiment, the membrane 4 sees the ends 421 of its ribbed spacings 42, particularly on the lateral edges of said membrane 4, beveled. An angle of 45 on these beveled ends and allow a good fit of two membranes 4, according to this embodiment, arranged at right angles, as in Figure 5. It is thus seen that the realization of complementary chamfers on the edges of membranes 4 allows to establish a perfect connection once in place on a model 3. Masonry elements 2 are then arranged to cooperate with the guide means 4. Elements of angles 21 or 22 as defined above will advantageously be used in predicting the recovery of corners of the pillar to be dressed. The masonry elements 2 are immobilized together with a holding agent such as cement and / or mortar or the like. The model 3 and the guide means 4 are then removed to obtain two facing elements 11 and 12 comprising masonry elements 2 such as bricks or the like. The two facing elements 11 and 12 obtained according to the diagram of Figure 5 are then mounted on a pillar 6 to dress, which they will be advantageously secured. The assembly is carried out according to the diagram of FIG. 6. An illustration of a dressed pillar 6 resulting from said described process can be found in FIG. 7. It goes without saying that the present invention is not limited to the production of elements of rectangular pillar facing, and that any spatial configuration achievable from a negative model is conceivable, including developable left surfaces, particularly cylindrical or conical. FIG. 8 illustrates a diagram for obtaining a facing element 1 according to the invention, more particularly a facing element 13 in the shape of a vault. Such vaults 13 may advantageously allow to replace traditional slabs, such as appearing in particular in the basements of homes, by an elegant facing element. Such facing elements may allow better use of basements as extra reception rooms. They are naturally intended to be supported in situ by supports such as beams or pillars. Traditionally, making a vault is technically difficult. In particular, the establishment of a keystone is delicate. In order to obtain a vault 13 according to the invention, masonry elements 2, in particular bricks, on the side of their visible face, are provided on a model 3 made of a hanger making it possible to determine the curvature of the vault 13 to be manufactured, said model 3 being provided with guide means 4 such as a flexible membrane 4, said guide means 4 serving as an interface between the model 3 and the masonry elements 2. Before pouring a holding agent, a formwork 7 can be made around the model 3. The masonry elements 2 thus arranged are immobilized, with each other, with a holding agent such as cement and / or mortar or the like. It is possible to incorporate in the cast maintenance agent after the laying of the masonry elements 2 irons 8 identical to those of the usual beams, facilitating both the handling of the final vault 13, its rigidity as well as the subsequent binding between voutain 13 and its support beams in situ. After drying of the holding agent, the lifting of the vault 13 makes it easy to dissociate it from the hanger 3, the guiding means 4 and the formwork 7, in order to obtain a cladding element 1 in the shape of a vault comprising elements masonry 2 such as bricks or the like, apparent in view from below the vault thus formed. It goes without saying that the present invention is not limited to the production of roman-style vaulting elements, and that any spatial configuration that can be realized from a negative model is conceivable. Figures 9 and 10 illustrate such a vault 13 viewed from above and below perspective, revealing respectively on the one hand the irons 8, and on the other hand the masonry elements 2.
The invention also relates to the facing element or elements obtained by the method according to the invention as described above, the model or membranes and more particularly described for the implementation of said method as well as the use of an element of facing obtained by the method according to the invention in the realization of facings, including continuous, in the field of construction.
