Abstract

Le contact serti comprend une partie de maintien en forme de U (77) formée de telle sorte que les fils d'âme (16) d'un fil électrique (14) sont disposés dans la partie de maintien (77) de façon à être sertis entre une enclume et un élément de sertissage. Une surface extérieure de la partie de maintien (77) a une couche de placage (85) afin d'assurer ainsi de manière constante la capacité de glissement entre une face de glissement de l'élément de sertissage et la surface extérieure de la partie de maintien (77). Le contact serti est capable d'assurer la capacité de glissement entre une surface extérieure de la partie de maintien (77) et une face de glissement de l'élément de sertissage sans appliquer de lubrifiant quelconque sur la face de glissement de l'élément de sertissage, et peut être utilisé dans un environnement à haute température.
