Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de filtrage d'informations émises, à partir de mesures de pression effectuées par un capteur de pression monté sur une roue d'un véhicule équipée d'un pneumatique, vers une unité centrale montée sur le dit véhicule. Selon ce procédé, on mesure périodiquement, avec une période θ, une valeur représentative de la pression de l'air dans le pneumatique, et on en déduit les éventuelles variations de pression ΔP entre les valeurs des pressions successivement mesurées ; on mesure parallèlement, avec une même période θ, une valeur représentative de la température de l'air dans le pneumatique. De plus, lors d'une variation de pression ΔP entre deux valeurs de pression mesurées, supérieure en valeur absolue, à un seuil Sp prédéterminé, on calcule la variation ΔT entre les deux valeurs de température mesurées aux mêmes instants que les dites pressions mesurées. On commande l'émission d'un signal représentatif d'une variation de pression vers l'unité centrale uniquement si l'évolution comparative de la pression et de la température mesurée peuvent être représentatives d'une variation de la quantité d'air dans le pneu.
