Abstract

This invention is applicable in the context of the cardboard packaging manufacturing industry. Inside this cardboard packaging, a number of bags (40) are introduced which are extracted one by one, according to the user's needs. This packaging consists of a laminar body duly subjected to cutting and grooving operations, in the form of a parallelepiped formed of two rectangular zones and of identical dimensions (2 and 17) inside which are placed the bags, the handle (41) of which serves as a transport element for both the bags and the carrier packaging itself.

Description

PACKAGING FOR THE DISTRIBUTION OF BAGS

  OBJECT OF THE INVENTION This description corresponds to a request for a utility certificate relating to a packaging for the distribution of bags, the purpose of which is to adopt the form of a packaging made of cardboard, inside which a number of bags are introduced which are extracted one by one, according to the needs of the user; said cardboard packaging consists of a laminar body duly subjected to cutting and grooving operations, being in the form of a parallelepiped inside which the bags are placed, the handle of which serves as an element 15 for transporting both bags and the actual carrier packaging.

  FIELD OF THE INVENTION This invention applies in the context of the industry devoted to the manufacture of cardboard packaging.

  PRIOR ART RELATING TO THE INVENTION The applicant is aware of the existence of a large number of packages made of cardboard, made from laminar bodies subjected to cutting and grooving operations.

  However, to the knowledge of the applicant, there is currently no packaging having the characteristics described in this specification.

  DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The packaging for the distribution of bags offered by this invention is made in the form of a body constituting a packaging made of cardboard, which has on the upper part corresponding to one of its most small, protruding tabs serving to support the packages introduced inside, these tabs being separated by slots which allow the handle of the bags introduced into the package to protrude therefrom, and on the central part of its face front a rectangular opening allowing to see the contents in bags, as well as the color of these.

  More specifically, the packaging for the distribution of bags which is the subject of the invention consists, as indicated above, of a laminar body subjected to cutting and grooving operations, made from two rectangular plan areas separated from the lateral extensions constituting the sides by grooves, one of the larger rectangular areas having a central opening also rectangular 15 which comprises in the middle of its upper edge a hollow projection in the form of a semicircular arch .

  The sides of this rectangular shape have two rectangular areas of the same length and less width.

  The external lateral extension has a curved recess 20 on the central zone of the largest external side.

  On the smaller sides it has two ears or fins, each having a curved side, the other two being straight, and the corners rounded.

  The internal lateral extension is formed of a rectangular zone separated from the two main zones by grooves, and comprising two fins or ears projecting on its shortest sides, these being of the same width and of different lengths. The area with the rectangular opening has on one of its smaller sides a fin or trapezoidal ear with rounded corners, and on the opposite side two lateral ears of different shapes and a fin or central extension with rounded corners and quadrangular plane, the cutting lines of which are embedded inside the central rectangular body and have a transverse groove, in order to allow mobility, as well as a curved opening in the zone corresponding to the edge of the side which 'it extends.

  The other main rectangular area has on its outer side a rectangular extension or fin, with two fins on its smaller sides, separated by grooves and of similar width but of different lengths.

  The groove corresponding to the union of the large rectangular area and the smaller side area has a curved opening.

  One of the smallest sides of the main rectangular area 10 that we are describing has a double extension or ear, the adjacent part of which is rectangular and the external trapezoidal part, the latter comprising on its external edge two small trapezoidal extensions, projecting towards outside. The opposite side has three double ears or fins of practically rectangular plane, divided by grooves in their center, comprising on their outer edge rectangular extensions; the junction line with the central rectangular area has three rectangular openings.

  Once the packaging has been mounted, with the exception of the projecting fins of the main rectangular zone described last, the number of bags is placed inside the rectangular body, and once these have been introduced, folding of the double fins, located three in number on one of the 25 smallest sides, and constituting the retention zone, the handles of the bags protruding outside through the slots which separate the three extensions or fins mentioned (e ) s.

DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

  In order to complete the description and to facilitate the understanding of the characteristics of the invention, this descriptive memory comprises, forming an integral part thereof, a set of plans on which appear, with an illustrative and non-limiting character, the following : Figure number 1 corresponds to a top view of the laminar element which, once mounted, constitutes the object of the invention corresponding to a packaging for the distribution of bags. Figure number 2 shows a partially assembled perspective view of the object shown in plan in drawing number 1.

  Figure number 3 shows a view of the invention practically assembled, the bags being inserted inside.

  Figure 4 illustrates to conclude a fully assembled view of the invention.

  PR F RENTIAL REALIZATION OF THE INVENTION By observing these figures, it can be seen that the packaging 15 (1) for the distribution of bags is formed from a laminar body made of cardboard, which has two rectangular zones of dimensions identical (2) and (17), the zone (2) having in its center a rectangular opening (3) in turn provided with a semicircular arc-shaped opening on its smaller upper side.

  The zone (2) has on one of its shorter sides a fin or ear (12) of trapezoidal plane with rounded angles, while the smaller opposite side has two lateral fins (8) and (9) of different shapes , and an extension or fin (10) on its central part, provided with an opening (11) or slot in its center.

  On the largest external side of the zone (2), the sheet has a fin or extension (4) of rectangular plane, comprising a recess (5) on the central zone of the external edge, and two fins (6) and (7) on its smaller sides.

  It should be noted that all the areas mentioned above are separated from each other by grooves.

  The other largest side of the surface (2) has another rectangular zone (13) which has ears or fins 35 (14) and (16) on its shortest sides, the width of the extension (14) being similar to that of the fin or extension (16); however, the length of the fin (14) is greater, and it has a recess (15) at an angle of 900 on one of its outer corners.

  In the extension of the rectangular zone (13) is a zone (17) similar to the zone (2) which has on one of its smaller sides a double fin or ear formed by the zones (23) and (24), the outer edge of which comprises two trapezoidal fins (25) and (26), while the zone (23) has two rectangular slots (27).

  On the opposite smallest side, the zone (17) has three extensions (19), (20) and (21) divided in their center by a groove, the extension (20) comprising a rectangular slot close to its central groove, and the outer edge of the fins or extensions (19), (20) and (21) having ears (31).

  The groove which delimits the fins or ears (19), (20) and (21) has three rectangular openings (18).

  Finally, the laminar body has on the external zone of the surface (17) an extension, ear or fin (28) of rectangular plane, which comprises on the groove adjacent to the zone (17) a slot (29), while its smaller sides include ears (30) and (31) of the same width and different lengths.

  To carry out the assembly, the zones (13) and (28) are placed above the zone (17) in a vertical position at an angle of 900 relative to the zone (17), also raising the ears (23) and 25 (24), one above the other, then the extensions (25) and (26) are introduced into the slots (27), making sure that the ears (14) and (30) are wrapped by the double ear (23) and (24), and are thus retained thanks to the extensions (25) and (26).

  In the same way, the double ears (19) and (21) are placed vertically, so that the outer edge of the ear (21) rests on the ear (31) projecting from the area ( 28), while the ear (19) envelops the extension or fin (16).

  Once the hollow body duly made as described above, the bags (40) can be introduced therein, the handles (41) protruding outside and being retained by the action of the fin or ear ( 20) which, resting on the upper surface of the bags, keeps them inside the packaging thus formed; the surface (2) serving as a cover is then closed, by introducing the extension 5 or lug (12) in the lower part containing the bags (40), the extension (4) coinciding with the external side, which s press on the side (28), and it should be specified that the ears (8) and (9) protruding from the smallest side of the zone (2) act in collaboration with the fins or ears (19), (20) and (21), and 10 that the ear (20) is retained by means of the extension or fin (10).

Claims (7)

  1.- Packaging for the distribution of bags, of those which are shaped like a body made from a sheet of cardboard 5 dement subjected to cutting and grooving operations, resulting in a hollow parallelepiped body, characterized by the fact that the cardboard sheet (1) has two rectangular zones (2) and (17) of identical dimensions, the rectangular zone (2) comprising at its central point a rectangular opening (3) 10 provided on its side with the largest upper d '' a semicircular arch-shaped opening, the zone (2) having on its larger sides two extensions or fins (4) and (13) of similar planes, the zone (4) having on its outer edge the longest a curved recess and on its smaller 15 sides two ears (6) and (7), while the rectangular zone (13) opposite the zone (4) comprises two ears (14) and (16) of width similar, the area (14) having a longer length and present both at one of its outer corners a recess (15) forming an angle at 900; on the other hand, the zone (2) has on one of its smaller sides an outer ear (12) of trapezoidal plane, on the opposite side two ears (8) and (9) of different shapes, and in the central zone thereof an ear (10) provided with a central slot (11), this central ear (10) having lateral cutouts which fit into the zone 25 (2).   2.- Packaging for the distribution of bags, according to the first claim, characterized in that the zone (17), similar to the zone (2) except for the central opening (3), present on its larger outer side an extension (28) of rectangular plane, which has a recess (29) on the groove separating the zones (17) and (28), the latter comprising ears (30) and (31) on its smaller sides, of similar width, the zone (30) having a longer length.   3.- Packaging for the distribution of bags, according to the preceding claims, characterized in that the zone (17) has on one of its smallest sides a double lug formed by a rectangular surface (23) and another trapezoidal (24), the zone (23) comprising two slots (27) aligned with a rectangular plane, while the zone (24) of trapezoidal plane has on its outer zone two extensions (25) and (26).   4.- Packaging for the distribution of bags, according to the preceding claims, characterized in that the area (17) has on its groove three rectangular slots (18).   5. Packaging for the distribution of bags, according to the preceding claims, characterized in that the zone 10 provided with the slots (18) has three double extensions (19), (20) and (21) provided with ears (31 ) on their outer edge, the central ear (20) comprising a slot (22) on its central groove. 6.- Packaging for the distribution of bags, according to the 15 preceding claims, characterized in that the ears or extensions (19), (20) and (21) are separated from each other. by two slots (42) through which protrude the handles (41) of the bags (40) introduced inside the mounted packaging.   7.- Packaging for the distribution of bags, according to the preceding claims, characterized in that the extension or ear (19) has on its outer zone a cutout forming an angle at 900.
