REVENDICATIONS 1 - Dispositif de manoeuvre pour battant de volet ou fenêtre, composé de deux bras (1) et ( 2) reliés entre eux à une de leur extrémité par un axe d'articulation ( 3), caractérisé par le fait que cet axe est solidaire d'un verrouillage permettant au dispositif de maintenir le battant ( 15) sur au moins cinq positions d'ouvertures angulaires différentes ( 4), l'autre extrémité des bras étant reliée à une équerre de fixation ( 5) articulée autour d'un axe ( 6) parallèle à l'axe d'articulation ( 3) 2 Dispositif de manoeuvre pour battant de volet ou fenêtre suivant revendication 1 caractérisé par le fait que l'indexage des positions d'ouverture ( 4) est réalisé de préférence mais sans limite de principes connus, par une plaque à billes ( 7) intercalée entre les deux bras ( 1) et ( 2) ces deux bras comportant chacun sur leur face de contact un nombre d'empreintes suffisant ( 8) correspondant aux billes de la plaque ( 7) pour permettre l'indexation aux différentes positions d'ouvertures ( 4) souhaitées.  1 - Dispositif de manoeuvre pour battant de volet ou fenêtre suivant revendication 2 caractérisé par le fait que le serrage sur l'axe ( 3) des bras ( 1) et ( 2) contre la plaque à billes ( 7) est réalisé de préférence au moyen d'une manette indexable ( 11) du commerce. - Dispositif de manoeuvre pour battant de volet ou fenêtre suivant revendication 4 caractérisé par le fait que une pression permanente est exercée pendant la manoeuvre du 25 dispositif sur l'axe (3) entre le bras ( 1) et la plaque à billes ( 7), au moyen d'une rondelle élastique ( 12) du commerce intercalée entre la manette indexable ( 11) et le bras ( 1) 6 - Dispositif de manoeuvre pour battant de volet ou fenêtre suivant revendication 1 caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif comporte, lorsqu'il est en position fermée, une sécurité anti ouverture composée d'une liaison escamotable ( 13) percée de deux trous 30 d'entre axe réglable et de diamètre adaptés, capable de relier les axes ( 6) du 31 dispositif une fois fermé, entre le mur ( 14) et le volet (15) pour empêcher son ouverture.  3 -
