Cremone bolt (1), in particular intended for the doors of trucks, trailers, containers or others, comprising at least one lock (3), called lower lock, connected to an actuating rod (4) integral with the door, said lock (3) having a movable bolt (6) cooperating with a corresponding fixed strike (8), as well as locking means interposed between the movable bolt (6) and the fixed strike (8), characterized in that said means of locking consist of: - an actuating lever, capable of acting in locking in one direction F, or in unlocking in the other direction F2, formed by:. an operating handle (17), mounted in articulation (20) at the level of an extension (18) of the bolt (6),

Cremone bolt according to claim 1, in which the rocker (22) comprises a hooking spoiler (28) and a heel (35) subject to said elastic return means (30), able to cooperate respectively with on the one hand a rim (32) of said window (19) of the bolt (6), and on the other hand with said nose (21) of the actuating lever, in order to apply, in locking mode, the hooking spoiler (28) on the window (19), or to authorize, when unlocking, the erasure of the hooking spoiler in said window (19) of the bolt.

3. Cremone bolt according to claim 2, in which the back (29) of the spoiler (28) of the rocker (22) as well as the lower zone (31) of the edge (32) of the window (19) of the extension (18) of the bolt (6) have cylinder portions intended to roll over one another by contact, according to

successive transverse generators, from the moment when said spoiler (28) escapes the upper zone (33) of said flange (32), during unlocking and from the moment when the lower zone (31) of flange (32) comes into contact with the back (29) of the spoiler (28) during locking.

Cremone bolt according to claim 2, in which the nose (21) constituting the end of the handle (17) forming a lever, extending beyond its axis of articulation (20), as well as the heel ( 35) of the rocker (22), have cylinder portions intended to roll one on the other by contact according to successive transverse generatrices, from the moment when a lifting of the handle (17) is initiated, when unlocking , the locking action being limited to bringing the nose (21) of the handle (17) into contact with the upper face (36) of the heel (35) of the rocker (22), without relative movement.

5. Cremone bolt according to claim 2, in which the heel (35) of the rocker (22) has a flat area (38) located on its back (29) and a portion of end cylinder (39), so as to constitute a stable locking position at the handle (17) forming a lever.

Cremone bolt according to one of claims 2 to 5, in which the rocker (22) comprises means for limiting its angular movement during the locking action, which are constituted by a prominence constituting a stop (40) made in the same direction as its spoiler (28), at the front of its hinge pin (23) and coming to bear at the end of locking against a lower internal plane (41) of the extension (24) of the keeper ( 8), under the action of the elastic return means (30).

Cremone bolt according to one of claims 2 to 6, in which the elastic return means (30) of the rocker (22) consist of at least one spring acting in compression, disposed between the lower internal plane (41) of the extension (24) of the keeper (8) and a lower plane (42) of the heel (39) of the rocker (22).

8. Cremone bolt according to one of the preceding claims, in which the window (19) produced in the extension (18) of the bolt (6) is

dimension such as to allow the display of the position of the rocker (22) thus constituting an indicator of opening or closing of the door.
