Abstract

The skein holder (6) consists of a bar made from plastic or other flexible material, having a fork (7) at each end in the shape of a double hook, and a lug (8) on one side to hold the label taken from the skein for colour reference. It also has a hole (9) at the bottom of the lug for unused lengths of yarn. The arm is approximately the same length as the distance between the two end loops of a skein, and can bend for ease of fitting.
