Abstract

The prefabricated concrete stairway for a building is formed from separate sections each with a tread having the side edges extended by a bonder of greater height than the tread. The bonder extends perpendicular to the tread and has a pair of openings aligned with adjacent upper and lower treads. When the tread sections are assembled, the openings form channels to receive metal reinforcing rods, after which the channels are filled with cement.

Description

STAIR </ U> </ B> LAW </ U> PREFABRIC EN </ U> </ B> CONCRETE The invention relates to a straight staircase of the prefabricated type in concrete.

Prefabricated staircases are nowadays widely used, insofar as they allow, first of all, to realize a substantial gain of time, in particular during the installation of the staircase on the building site, and other a real gain in terms of cost.

Among the stairs of the prefabricated type of the prior art, it is possible to cite the one described in document EP-A-0 126 6 8 1. </ B>

This consisting of a silt, previously set up between two floors or the two places to </ B> connect by the stairs, said silt being provided with a number of indentations on its upper face , arranged at regular intervals, and intended to receive base or anchor foot of each step element, said anchor foot continuing vertically to constitute the riser of the top step immediately adjacent. Each of the steps further comprises a shoulder, intended to </ B> to be positioned against said riser of the lower step.

Although technically satisfactory, this type of staircase therefore requires the prior implementation of a silt, which must first be realized, and then put in place, before actually proceeding to </ B> laying the constituent elements of the steps.

The object of the invention is to simplify additionally of course the establishment of these stairs, but also its realization, in particular by avoiding the realization of such a support structure.

The staircase according to the invention is therefore a straight prefabricated concrete staircase consisting of the assembly of prefabricated walking elements, and is characterized in that said walking elements each consist of a step proper, one of the two side edges is extended by a block or equivalent, one of whose faces is located in the plane of said step, said block extending in a substantially perpendicular direction at </ B> the step and being pierced with at least one through hole, and further having another orifice parallel to the first, not through the through hole of a step member being intended to </ B > come to </ B> perpendicular to the non-through hole of the lower step, when the staircase is placed, in order to constitute a clean linear cavity to </ B> receive a reinforcement of mechanical reinforcement and intended to </ B> be filled with concrete, so to </ B> build a support structure ensuring cohesion to </ B> the staircase.

In other words, the staircase conforming to the invention aims to overcome any additional installation or support structure, inasmuch as the constituent blocks of walking elements come to rest on each other, with a substantially periodic shift, and where the cohesion is ensured by the joining of the blocks between them two to </ B> two by reinforcement and poured concrete.

In a first embodiment of the invention, the staircase is free of any risers.

In another embodiment, the staircase is provided with a riser, extending from the front edge of the step, and intended to bear on the step of the lower step element.

The way in which the invention can be realized and the advantages which result from it will emerge better from the following exemplary embodiments, given to </ B> indicative and non-limiting to </ B> the support of annexed figures.

Figure 1 </ B> is a schematic perspective view from the front of the straight prefabricated staircase to </ B> a first embodiment of the invention, not implementing riser.

Figure 2 is a view similar to Figure 1, but seen from behind.

Figure 3 </ B> is a diagrammatic representation in perspective of a constituent walking element of said staircase of Figures 1 </ B> and 2.

FIG. 4 is a diagrammatic representation in longitudinal section of the step element of FIG. 3, and FIG. 5 is a diagrammatic representation in side view of said element.

Figures 6 to 10 </ B> are views similar to Figures 1 to </ I> 5 </ B> of a second embodiment of the invention implementing risers. FIG. 3 shows a detailed view of the structure of a step element used in a first embodiment of the invention. Basically, it has a step itself (2), flat, one of the side edges (3) </ B> extends, to </ B> right angle, both in height and in width, with a block (4). In fact, this block (4) has a much higher height at </ B> step (2), so we can j </ B> uger to </ B> l analysis of the figures.

Advantageously, the assembly walk (2) + block is derived from molding and of course made of concrete.

As can be seen in figure 3, </ B> the breeze block is pierced with two holes (5) </ B> and (6), </ B> the hole (6) </ B> also crossing, and thus extending to its full height. In this way, when the walking elements (1) </ B> are mounted on the others, as shown in Figures 1 </ B> and 3, </ B> the through hole (6) </ B> of an upper step element, is aligned with the (5) </ B> hole of the bottom step element, so that to </ B> form a continuous cavity.

This cavity is intended to receive reinforcing elements to provide mechanical reinforcement. After installation of these flows concrete to </ B> the interior of this cavity to fill completely and come to level with the upper plane of the breeze block (4) and the step (2) .

In order to mechanically strengthen the overhang of the step (2), it may be advantageous to provide the underside with a reinforcement (7), typically of rounded shape, as shown in Figures 2 to 5. </ B> This reinforcement results from the molding, and does not require the implementation of reported structure, so that the manufacture of the walking elements remains simplified.

Moreover, if for aesthetic reasons a rounded shape has been shown for this reinforcement (7) </ B> in the figures, it is understood that it can adopt any other form, since the reinforcement function is preserved.

According to another embodiment of the invention, the walking elements (1) </ B> comprises in addition to the step (2) and the breeze block (4), also a riser (9). Advantageously, this riser is also molded. It extends to </ B> from the front edge (8) </ B> of the walk at the same height as the breeze block (4). It is intended to support the walking element, which is less important.

On the other hand, the implementation principle remains identical to that of the previous embodiment.

The implementation of such a structure allows the realization of prefabricated concrete stairs in a very simple way since not particularly requiring the establishment of a slime or rack prior.

It also facilitates the transport and storage of the constituent elements of such a staircase.
