Abstract

The handling device comprises two identical trolleys (18,19) fitted with a frame (1) on which a central column (2) is fixed. The column is fitted with a central arm (3) able to rise or descend on the column.. A rotating plate (4) and a vice (5) are supported by the rotating plate. Each trolley is supported on brake castors (13). To avoid unbalancing of the trolleys a counter weight (17) is placed behind them on the frame. The handling device comprises two identical trolleys (18,19) which are placed opposite each other during use. Each trolley comprises a frame (1) on which a central column (2) is fixed. The column is fitted with a central arm (3) able to rise or descend on the column and be locked by an indexing peg (7). A rotating plate (4) is fixed at the end of the arm and is stopped from rotating by an indexing peg (6). A vice (5) is supported by the rotating plate. On either side the central column are fixed two identical columns. Each of these receives a pivoting arm which slides on the column. The height of this arm is defined by a collar and the arms and the collar are locked by clamping handles. An adjustable stop on the top of each arm enables placing bars (15) and crosspieces (16). Each trolley is supported on brake castors (13). To avoid unbalancing of the trolleys a counter weight (17) is placed behind them on the frame. An Independent claim is also included for the trolley.
