Abstract
Description
Method for manufacturing hollow building elements for the building, of the "breeze block" or "chipboard" type having at least one wall having a perfectly smooth and tight surface.
The construction elements currently available on the market, of the “breeze block” or “chipboard” type have the disadvantage of having walls with rough and porous surfaces.
The wall made with these agglo rough and porous surfaces requires the application of a finishing coating to make the surface smooth and above all waterproof.
This therefore leads to a significant additional cost in supplies and labor.
The method according to the invention described here overcomes this drawback.
It has in fact the originality of providing builders with agglomerates having one or more walls having the particularity that they have a perfectly smooth and waterproof surface.
Figure 1 shows an example of chipboard made according to this new process, seen from above, with the indication (1) of one of its walls having a perfectly smooth and tight surface.
Voir figure 1. These agglos come in the generally used form of hollow rectangular solids. See figure 1.
Other forms of agglo can obviously be produced, the originality of the invention described here not taking in the form of the agglo produced, but in that it offers new agglos having one or more walls having a perfectly smooth and waterproof surface.
With these new agglos, no need to coat. They are therefore more economical than the agglos currently available on the market.
The manufacturing process according to the invention described here requires two essential elements to obtain the result which is the subject of this patent application:
1) The first essential element concerns the production of the mold used to manufacture the agglo (Figure 2) and is characterized by the presence, in this mold, of one or more surfaces which we will qualify as "vitrifying" surfaces.
This or these surfaces qualified as "vitrifying" can be present in the mold in the form of one or more plates specially fixed on one or more internal faces of the mold.
The number of these so-called "vitrifying" surfaces, in the form of plates or the like, will determine the number of external walls of the agglo to be produced, desired with a perfectly smooth and tight surface.
(2). Figure 2 shows one of the possible examples of mold form. It only shows the location of a single plate with a "vitrifying" surface. (2).
The material of this plate with a "vitrifying" surface will simply be glass or any other material having, by its very nature, or following a special treatment, the same qualities of perfectly smooth surface as glass.
The mold can also be entirely made of this material.
In this case it is obviously no longer necessary to add a plate with a "vitrifying" surface inside the mold since it is the material used for making the mold which then plays itself the role of "vitrifying" surface. .
2) The second essential element is characterized by the addition, in the form of a projection or any other process, against this or these walls with "vitrifying" surface present in the mold, of a layer of pure cement milk simultaneously or not with the pouring, inside this said mold, of the concrete proper constituting the main structure of the agglo.
When demoulding, the agglo obtained has, perfectly smooth and waterproof, one or more of its walls, choice determined by the number of "vitrifying" surfaces present in the mold.
The presence of a layer of pure cement milk on the "vitrifying" surface (s) of the mold, interposed between this said surface and the concrete itself, gives the agglo thus produced one or more walls having a surface perfectly smooth and waterproof.
