Abstract

Une machine-outil portable et guidée manuellement, en particulier une scie à moteur à chaîne, est équipée d'un moteur thermique constitué par un carter moteur (2) et au moins un cylindre (10), d'un réservoir de carburant (4) et d'un carter à organes de fonctionnement (1). Pour obtenir une machine-outil construite sous un faible volume et d'un entretien facile le réservoir de carburant (4) est fixé de manière espacée, au moyen de deux brides (5, 6) formant carter à organes de fonctionnement, au carter moteur (2), créant ainsi un espace de montage (9) situé entre les brides (5, 6), le carter moteur (2) et le réservoir de carburant (4). Cet espace (9) pour des organes nécessaires au fonctionnement de la machine-outil est fermé par des plaques de recouvrement fixées au carter moteur (2) et au réservoir de carburant (4) et/ou aux brides (5, 6).
