Abstract

Economic flushing device intended to be installed in a W.C. The invention relates to a device by means of which it is possible to use only the quantity of water necessary for each use. The device according to the invention consists in functioning in a similar way to the devices which are already known, when the use requires the complete quantity of water contained in the cistern, and, in contrast, limiting the quantity of water when the use requires only some of the content of the cistern. This device is based on a keying making it possible, in a first case, to render all the components integral when the operating button is manoeuvred upwards, which causes the complete release of the water contained in the cistern; or, in a second case, to leave a cylinder on the bottom of the cistern when the manoeuvring button is manoeuvred a quarter of a turn upwards, which prevents the water situated around the cylinder from being released.
