Abstract

Dispositif de chargement et de déchargement d'un four de fusion basculant à creuset amovible, du genre comportant notamment d'une part une pelle 11 en forme de gouttière à section circulaire en forme de segment de cercle destinée à l'introduction du creuset et d'une charge de fusion compacte et cylindrique dans le four basculé en position horizontale, d'autre part des moyens de translation de la pelle 11. Ce dispositif est caractérisé en ce que le rayon intérieur de la section de la pelle 11 est au moins égal au demi-diamètre de la charge cylindrique et son rayon extérieur au plus égal au demi-diamètre du creuset et en ce qu'il comporte en outre des moyens de rotation 18 de la pelle autour de son axe. Installations de fusion et de coulée sous vide pour réalisation de pièces moulées de haute qualité. (CF DESSIN DANS BOPI)
