Abstract
LA PRESENTE INVENTION CONCERNE UNE COMPOSITION DE PREVENTION DE LA ROUILLE POUR ARMATURES D'ACIER POUR BETON. CETTE COMPOSITION COMPREND, EN POIDS, 100 PARTIES DE CIMENT PORTLAND, 0,3 A 3 PARTIES D'UN ACIDE HYDROXYCARBOXYLIQUE, 0,3 A 3 PARTIES D'UN SACCHARIDE, 2 A 10 PARTIES, EN SOLIDES, D'UN LATEX DE POLYMERE, 0 A 5 PARTIES D'UN ADDITIF FACULTATIF ET 30 A 45 PARTIES D'EAU, TOUTES LES PARTIES ETANT EN POIDS. DANS CETTE COMPOSITION L'HYDRATATION EST PRESQUE COMPLETEMENT INHIBEE DANS DES CONDITIONS ORDINAIRES DE TRAITEMENT DE PREVENTION DE LA ROUILLE, MAIS ELLE EST EFFICACEMENT ACTIVEE DANS DES CONDITIONS DE TRAITEMENT HYDROTHERMIQUE A HAUTE TEMPERATURE ET A HAUTE PRESSION.
Claims (4)
1 - Composition de prévention de la rouille pour ar-
matures d'acier pour béton, caractérisée par le fait qu'elle
comprends en poids, 100 parties de ciment portland, 0,3 à 3 par-
ties d'un acide hydroxycarboxylique, 0,3 à 3 parties d'un sac- charide, 2 à 10 parties, en solides, d'un latex de polymère,
O à 5 parties d'un additif facultatif et 30 à 45 parties d'eau.
2 - Composition selon la revendication 1, caracté-
risée par le fait que l'acide hydroxycarboxylique est l'acide
gluconique et que le saccharide est le sorbitol.
3 - Composition selon la revendication 1, caracté-
risée en ce que le ciment portland a une teneur en C3S de % en poids ou moins et une teneur en C3A de 8 % en poids ou moins (C, S et A représentant respectivement CaO, SiO2 et
A1203).
4 - Composition selon la revendication 1, caracté-
risée en ce que le latex de polymère est un latex de copoly-
mère styrène/butadiène.
