Abstract

CONSTRUCTION. Description

The present invention is directed to a device which makes it possible to prefabricate a

  together for the distribution of sanitary water and evacuation so as to simplify, to a large extent, during the process of building a building, including plumbing work.   On the pipe 29 is mounted a bypass 33 feeding the flush I 3, the latter being supported by a conduit 35 feeding the bowl and provided with a bend

  36 intended to be connected to said bowl.

  The flush 13 is supported by a cross member 34.

  A discharge pipe 37 is provided and comprises (see FIG. 7) a lip seal 38 so that the connection is effected by the simple insertion of the discharge pipe of

the bowl in the joint 38.

  A second wastewater outlet 39 is provided for connection to a general duct and provided with two connections 40 and 41, these connections having at their free ends lip seals of the same type as

the seal 38.

  The hot water outlet 43 of the balloon 28 is connected

  to a pipe 44 opening on one side of the device and a pipe 45 opening on the other side.

  The free ends of these pipes 44 and 45 are threaded to receive corresponding threaded rings

47 integral with flexible hoses 48.

  There is also provided a bypass 49 on the cold water circuit, one end 50 of which opens on one side of the device while the other end opens on the opposite side. These ends are threaded to receive

  threaded rings 47 secured to flexible hoses 48.

  In the vicinity of its upper part, the device 25 is provided with a ventilation device 55 with two speeds whose suction is connected to flexible sheaths 56 and 56a, while the discharge 57 is intended either to be connected

  to a sheath of the building, that is to a sheath provided in other similar devices superimposed floor by floor in 30 a residential building.

  There are provided plugs 58 for closing off the free ends of the flexible sleeves 46 or 56 which are not used. Along the vertical edges of the face comprising the door 10, it is possible to provide U-shaped profiles 60 which serve as a guide for mounting two partitions 61 in

  plaster tiles, for example (see fig 7).

  As can be seen in Figures 9 to 6, we can

  The device of FIGS. I 7 and I 8 comprises a parallelepipedal volume 65 made on the same technique as that corresponding to the manufacture of the device of FIG.

  Previous embodiment.

  Volume 65 comprises three walls E, F, G and a

  front wall with an access door 66, below which is placed a bowl of W C 67.

  In the volume 65 is disposed a flush 68 20 of the same type as the flush I 3 and also ordered

by a zipper.

  The flush is connected to an evacuation duct 69 and is supported by a drainage duct

used 70.

  In the volume 65 extends a ventilation duct 7 I intended to be connected to a corresponding sheath of the upper stage or the lower stage and provided with a

mouth 72.

  The hot water distribution 73 and cold water distribution columns 74 are disposed inside the volume 65 and comprise, the column 73, two pipes 77 and 78 for dispensing hot water to a washbasin and a bathtub, these pipes being threaded at their free end to receive a threaded ring 80 integral with a flexible pipe 8 I. The wastewater discharge pipe 70 comprises a bypass 83 to allow connection of the drain of a

bath and sink.

  Column 74 comprises two pipes 82 and 82 a for the distribution of cold water, these pipes being threaded to receive rings 80 with flexible pipes 8 I. In the embodiment of FIGS. I 7 and I 8, provided that the sink and the bath are located on the side of the wall E, the different outputs being disposed on this face, but, of course, one could predict the outputs on the other faces G or F. During the construction of a building, IO is expected to provide a template for the floor openings for

  the passage of the various conduits, the device then being put in place and properly connected.

  Thus, the plumbing work is greatly reduced and an assembly is made in which everything is grouped, which facilitates subsequent interventions.

CLAIMING device for the installation of a toilet and a bathroom characterized in that it consists of a body (I) of generally parallelepipedal shape having an access door (i O) and whose walls are formed so as to have good sound insulation, said body internally having a flush (3) for connection to a toilet bowl, controlled ventilation means (55) with mouths; orOrgulating on the side walls of the body, pipes for distributing cold water and hot water whose free ends open on the side walls and are threaded and evacuation ducts (37, 39) opening on said side walls and provided with lip seals (38).
